CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest.

We have stayed at breakers a couple times now. You can’t beat the location where you can walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Condo was perfect for our family with the boys loving the bunk beds. We will be returning again in the future to our favorite vacation spot.

Awesome place! I we have young children and the location was unbeatable. Easy walk to the beach, pool and playground. The view was better than the pictures show. My husband and I came to Hilton Head to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We have stayed at this condo complex before and it our go to place because it is so near to everything. This was our first time with this host and we loved the place. It was clean, well appointed and very welcoming. The bonus was that this section has an elevator. We've never received a welcome basket so that was a much appreciated welcome touch. Everything we needed was provided and we had a lovely week. We will be back. This property has the perfect location. Walk to the beach. Pool. Perfect for families. Has everything needed to have a lengthy stay. My only complaint is the beds are uncomfortable and the floor is a little soft and unlevel in the hallway. Also, with a family of 6 there is not a whole lot of room to move with the coffee table. Other than that, no other complaints. I do like how it is in walking distance to shops, food, and beach. I would book here again.

Jennifer retired from the TV News Business in 2011 to help her husband, Fabio Miotto, operate their rapidly growing Hardscapes, Screen Porch and eventually Pool business.

Jennifer is a fully licensed and bonded residential contractor and a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of South Carolina. Her knowledge and experience in both of these realms made the move to vacation property management a natural transition, as it combines two of the passions she is licensed and experienced in. In addition to this, Jennifer has carved a niche in the Hilton Head Vacation Property world by decorating and furnishing her homes with simple but modern and upscale design. Her properties have an endless amount of unique features like Lowcountry swing beds on the porch, over the top themed kids rooms (this feature is extremely rare on Hilton Head Island), Keurig Coffee Makers in the master bath and kitchen, beautiful duvets from shops like Pottery Barn and West Elm, chic and modern pool and deck spaces that extend the homes interior into a luxurious outdoor retreat.
