Located in the heart of all the action of beautiful Hilton Head is the Sandy Beach Retreat, this delightful villa is just steps from the beach and the pool!!! This first floor 1 bedroom unit #132, has a queen bed with built in cabinets and mounted flat screen TV in the master bedroom and a private kids corner with bunk beds. In the living room, there is a sofa and a smart TV. With it's granite countertops, breakfast bar, and bistro table, this fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, washer and dryer, has all you could ever need. Wood laminate flooring travels throughout the villa. Breakers is conveniently located across the street from all the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza and a grocery store. Golf, fishing and tennis are nearby. You can enjoy the breathtaking views of the pool and the ocean from your patio or access the beach from the Breakers beautiful walkway.

You can fly into Savannah, GA airport which is just 45 minutes from Hilton Head. Allegiant Air, Frontier, and Jet Blue offer very reasonable flights out of many departing cities.

I’ve rented a lot of condos in my life and this is the first time every single thing was in working order and the condition of the condo is exactly like portrayed in the photos. There were extra linens and more than enough kitchen essentials. Zero questions, complaints or hiccups. Excellent location across from Coligny and extremely easy access to the pool and beach. Leaser reached out each day through email and/or text to ensure we were satisfied. Highly recommend.

Excellent location!

Nice property with a very nice pool area. Steps from the beach. Right across the street from a huge plaza (Coligny Plaza) that has many shops, bars and restaurants.

Great Beach Vacation

We had an amazing stay at the condo. The location was great close to the beach and plaza. Condo had everything we needed for the stay. Host was very accommodating due to our family coming in the middle of the week and leaving in the middle of the week. Great stay will stay again.

Great ocean-front condo

The condo was adorable and had everything we needed for our family of four. The pool was all we needed and it was a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. You can’t beat the Coligny area.

Family of four trip to Hilton head

The property was exactly what we wanted, located right in the heart of Coligny beach. You are steps from the ocean and several restaurants, shops and bars. We have two boys that spent the week swimming at the pool and beach and loved it.

Great condo!

Great condo, location, beach. Great for 4 guests (2 adults, 2 young kids). You can hear the neighbors upstairs and outside, but nothing a white noise machine couldn't block out. Master bed and bunk beds were comfortable, but I wouldn't recommend the pull out sofa for an adult to sleep on - totally fine for kids. We appreciated the wifi, cable, cleanliness, beach chairs/umbrella/toys and convenience to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

Adorably decorated with great location.

This condo is small but uses every inch of space in a creative way. It was perfect for my husband I and had a great quick access to the beach. The condo is updated, except for the bathroom, but entire condo has excellent lighting and fans, great shower head and all appliances including a Keurig work well. The pool is good and helps block some of the chilly wind from the beach. The property manager Devon Baker responded to my emails within minutes and was so friendly and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

cute condo in great location

Our 1st time to HH and the location was just perfect- literally right across the street is everything you could want from beach gear & groceries to ice cream to coffee to all types of dining. condo is in a smaller complex with easy parking & only one set of stairs. it overlooks to pool & beach couldn’t be closer. even a bit of beach view! unit had plenty of towels & even 2 beach chairs. kitchen was well stocked & beds were comfy. owner was very quick to respond & handled everything perfectly. getting in & leaving was super easy.

Great convenient place to stay!

Overall this was great for a long weekend stay. The location is perfect to walk to shopping, bars, restaurants. Super quick and easy access to the beach. The place was clean and had almost everything we needed. Few things of why 4 stars, there is construction happening right outside this unit. Lucky for us they don’t work weekends but during the week it’s loud. Unsure how much longer it’s happening. Not the owners fault but the property must give our too many parking passes because we returned and there were no spots, security told us to park by the shops but couldn’t guarantee not being towed! We ended up finding a mgr who gave ya a make shift spot in property but it was right where everyone walks with chairs and umbrellas so I got up super early to move. As for the place it was nicely decorated and great for 2ppl, not enough room for anything more. I know all the condos are the same here but the master and bath are super small, there really is any anywhere but the hallway to put bags or suitcases. Our contact was super responsive and even allowed a slightly earlier check in. Definitely would consider staying again for a weekend trip!

Great location and place

Very short walk to beach and the pool. The condo does have two umbrellas, two boogie boards and skim board along with some sand toys (I am assuming these were left behind by previous renters) in addition to the two beach chairs noted in the amenitites. We opted to rent umbrellas/chairs on the beach (this was super convenient). The pool was very relaxing and having laundry in the condo was a plus. Short walk to restaurants and shops. We opted to drive to dinner as we had a rental. The balcony gets afternoon sun, the A/C works really well and the ceiling fan in the bedroom is wonderful. Furniture is comfortable. There is no full closet but the wardrobe on the right of the bed does have a rod to hang short items. Plenty of drawer space for unpacking. Plenty of hanging mirrors with outlets beneath to get ready while my husband showered (this is a big deal for me and I always travel with a long extension cord, just in case) I had a huge suitcase and put it in the rental car trunk so it was out of the way. SmartTV was another added plus (not that we watched much TV). We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked to do so. The elevators will be a nice feature once completed and operational. I would come back and rent this condo again.

The information and photos are accurate on the website. There is a view to the ocean as shown in advertisement. We enjoyed staying there. Kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. If a front ocean view will not be available next time we will be back.

Our family of 4 stayed at this condo and had the best time. We could walk to Coligny Plaza which was a treat! Property is close to the beach! Condo had everything we needed and Devon was so easy to communicate with and responsive when we had a question.
