An open floor plan with the living room that features a 50” flat screen smart TV , a large L shaped sofa with a swivel reclining chair & a dining table with seating for 6. Best of all, you get to enjoy the fabulous view from an oceanfront balcony, accessible from the living room and the master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, 32” flat screen smart TV and fabulous views of the ocean. The private full bath with this bedroom has a shower room just off from the vanity. The balcony can also be accessed from this Master; perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee & watching the sun rise.

The second bedroom has 2 Full size beds. This bedroom has a 32” flat screen TV. The hall way full bath is shared with this bedroom and also has a bathtub/shower combination.

Entering the kitchen you will see tile flooring, stainless steel appliances and light maple cupboards. The kitchen comes fully equipped for any meals you may wish to prepare. A full size washer and dryer are located next to the kitchen.

You will also enjoy the large oceanfront heated pool, (pool is heated 3/1 - 4/30 & 10/1 - 11/30). The pool is adjacent to a large cabana with a covered deck & there is a children’s pool on sight as well. With the first floor location, you are seconds away from the swimming pool and the ocean. Captain’s Walk offers one of the best panoramic ocean views on the island. With each building parallel to the dunes, you will feel immersed in the sand and surf. Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons. There are 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts on the premises. A convenient bikeway leads under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, with shops, restaurants, and numerous boating excursions. Bike, kayak, & canoe rentals can be obtained at the Palmetto Dunes Outfitters, & The General Store is conveniently located just across the street for any basic needs or souvenirs you may desire!
