Welcome to Dream Catcher, an exquisite 5-bedroom beach house in the heart of Sea Pines, Hilton Head. This vacation retreat seamlessly combines classic charm with modern elegance, offering a luxurious and comfortable escape for your coastal getaway.

Upon arrival, you're greeted by a spacious carport with ample parking for all. Tucked away in the carport is a convenient laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, and sink, ensuring that your beachwear stays fresh and ready for the next adventure. To the left of the front door, a charming front porch adorned with string lights and inviting chairs sets the tone for relaxation.

Step through the front door into a welcoming foyer, a perfect spot to kick off your flip flops and transition into vacation mode. The downstairs beckons with a living room featuring updated furniture, a large smart TV, a queen sleeper sofa, a backup refrigerator, and a glass driftwood table. A slider opens to the backyard oasis. Guest Bedroom 5, boasting a king bed, and a hallway shared bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination, complete the lower level.

Ascend the stairs to discover the main living space, dining room, and four additional bedrooms. The main living room on the upper level exudes modern coastal charm with upscale furnishings, a large flat-screen TV, and ample couch and chair space for everyone to gather. A balcony with a grill and table outside provides the perfect setting for outdoor meals and relaxation.

Adjacent to the living room is a dining area featuring a live-edge table with seating for 10, creating a stylish space for shared meals and conversation. The open kitchen, fully equipped and boasting plenty of counter space, complements the dining room.

Navigate down the hallway to find the four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms. The first room on the left is a king bedroom with a smart TV and an attached full bathroom that also has a door to the hallway. Opposite is another bedroom with two twin beds, a desk, and a TV, with bathroom access across the hall. At the end of the hall awaits the primary bedroom, a luxurious retreat with a king bed, private balcony, TV, and an attached full bathroom. Across the hall is the final bedroom with a king bed, TV, and a private attached full bathroom.

The backyard serves as a private haven with a pool and spa equipped with a propane heater that can be heated for an additional charge. A large palmetto palm gracefully extends over the 12x30 ft pool and 6 ft spa, creating a true tropical paradise. Enjoy loungers and an outdoor dining table, making this space perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Conveniently situated next to the beach path, a mere 2-minute walk takes you to the pristine shores.

Where is Dream Catcher located?

Dream Catcher is located in a neighborhood called Sea Pines. Sea Pines is a 5,000 acre community located in Hilton Head Island. The neighborhood encompasses private communities, a forest preserve, horse stables (2.6 miles away), PGA Tour golf course, beautiful sandy beaches (house is 2nd row and right on the beach path), two marinas and many shops and dining. Amongst the most well known areas are Harbour Town Marina (4.2 miles away) with the lighthouse and South Beach Marina (3.8 miles away) with the infamous Salty Dog Cafe. Sea Pines is a gated community with a gate fee (1 complimentary pass is included in your stay and more can be purchased through us directly) so those staying in the neighborhood have all the wonders of Sea Pines right in front of them. There's no need to even leave Sea Pines while on vacation!

How do you get around while on vacation?

Bicycles are a popular mode of transportation in Hilton Head. Once you rent through Beachside HHI, you can rent bicycles directly from us and have them delivered to Dream Catcher upon arrival. Be sure to look up the Sea Pines trolley schedule for your trip. The trolley runs during the peak season and is free to access.

Note: This home is located in a private, gated community. Gate passes are required for entrance. Reservations include 1 complimentary gate pass, but additional passes can be purchased directly through us. Sea Pines does restrict the number of vehicles/gate passes per property. Parking is available for 5 vehicles at Dream Catcher.

Note: Pool & Spa can be heated for an additional fee. Inquire for pricing as it differs seasonally. The pool heater for Dream Catcher is propane.
