Enjoy a delicious coffee on the balcony every morning! This newly refurbished flat has everything you need to make your stay easy and comfortable. Sunbathing on the beach is just a 15 minute walk away. If anyone needs to get some work done while you are away, there is a dining area perfect for working and a good Wifi connection. In the evening, enjoy a nice meal on the barbecue on the balcony or in the fully equipped kitchen with new fridge, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, etc. and have the whole family join you at the dining table. This flat has three spacious bedrooms, a complete bathroom and a comfortable living-dining room. It is in an excellent location, just a few metres from the bus station and supermarkets, 20 minutes from La Zenia shopping centre and only 15 minutes walk to the beach where you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants where you can have a drink and eat delicious dishes. The surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure and dining options as Torrevieja is a popular destination for tourists from all over the world offering a wide variety of water sports and nature. The Del Mar Apartment by GHR Rentals is an ideal place to spend a few days holiday with family or friends.

Nice apartment

The apartment with a good location. Apartment was very near by Torrevieja’s main busstation(1 min walk) and the promenade was down the road(5-7 min walk). There a different convenience stores and bars/restaurants in the neighborhood. The rooms of the apartment are spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living space isn’t big, but had the right size, because we were outside most of the time. Communication went smooth. It was a pleasant experience.
