Nous avons été très déçus à notre arrivée. Pour 7 ou 8 personnes, le salon est vraiment trop petit, même pas la place de manger à 7 dans le salon, il fallait se serrer. ça mériterait également un coup de propre et une vérification de l'électricité (certaines prises se décrochent). 2 frigos (c'est pratique) mais qui font disjonctés l'électricité quand la climatisation est en route. Les chambres sont correctes à noter qu'une des chambres du haut n'a pas de rideaux. La literie du bas est bonne, et celle du haut correcte. L'emplacement de la maison est très bien situé (commerces vraiment à côté...) mais pour se garer ç'est compliqué quand on a un gros véhicule. Très peu de places de parking libres. Piscines : L'endroit est beau mais la petite piscine n'est plus en eau donc inutilisable pour les enfants. La grande est délabrée et dangereuse (les carreaux se décollent partout et c'est très tranchant). La fille de nos amis s'est coupée le pied dans la piscine. A déplorer également, que rien n'est autorisé... interdit aux ballons, de sauter, qu'il faut s'attacher les cheveux. Une personne fait le flicage c'est vraiment très désagréable. D'ailleurs fermeture des piscines jusqu'à nouvel ordre avant la fin de nos vacances... Vraiment dommage. Avis donc très partagé pour cette location.

Séjour au top !

Je suis plus que satisfaite de la location. La villa est super bien située, calme et repos assurée. La piscine est immense ( jusqu'à 3 mètres de profondeurs et super bien entretenue ) . Le propriétaire est honnête et réceptif. Je recommande +++

Incidencias

El alojamiento necesita una reforma,sobre todo la barandilla de la escalera. Tuvimos varias incidencias y lo peor fué que nos entregaron la casa con las camas a medio hacer,el frigorífico con comida y la ropa de cama y toallas estaban tendidas en el patio. El propietario muy atento trató de subsanar deficiencias.

good value for the money

The house was small but cosy, nice neighborhood, over all responsive tennent, the issues we had was: -No information or listing about how to get into the apartment (where to pick up) and leave the keys until we arrived, no internet information, only one set of keys for 8 people is not enough -No internet because our cellphones where very slow we could not do any kind of internet search except in restaurants, no information about password the internet was available when we arrived when we received the wifi code the internet did not work, we asked to have it checked but no one came out and fixed it all week, finally my friend tried to reset it and update the device on the final day still no internet. - No soap, shampo, no soap for the washer etc PLEASE CREATE A BOOKLET AND INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO: - GET ON LINE - LOCATATION INFO - PARKING - Where to park - WHERE TO DROP OF KEYS - HOURS WHEN TO LEAVE -HOW TO USE AMENITIES - etc.. overall I liked the home, it was safe, it was a great value for the money, the swimming pool was nice the stores nearby were easy to walk to to

Buena realicion calidad precio

La casa está bien en general, con aire en las habitaciones y lo necesario para pasar unos días, solo eché en falta una cafetera. La zona exterior es pequeña, suficiente para cenar al aire libre o hacer una barbacoa pero no por ejemplo para que los niños puedan estar fuera jugando. La piscina comunitaria muy bien, está creca y es muy amplia con zonas de cesped y tumbunas. Esta a unos 10 minutos de las playas en coche y al lado del centro comercial. En general buena relacion calidad precio.

Estancia agradable, aunque la nevera no funcionaba

La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos, pequeña pero agradable, y el aire acondicionado y la piscina de la urbanización son un plus importante. Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable excepto por un problema que hubo con la nevera. Cuando llegamos no funcionaba y tardaron 3 días en traernos la nueva, por lo que tuvimos que estar sin nevera.

Brister vid ankomsten, vilka åtgärdades efter ett par dagar av Rosanna trots att, vad vi förstår, det egentligen inte ingick i hennes uppgifter: - Endast en uppsättning nycklar till 8 personer - Flera glödlampor saknades, inga reservlampor - Ej fullständig uppsättning lakan och täcken 2. Trasigt/obrukbart: - Två ej fastsatta gardinstänger - Gardinerna så smutsiga, tunna och sköra att de nästan föll sönder - En säng i övervåningen dåligt hopsatt - Skåpdörr i köket ej öppningsbar - Skåpdörr i köket ramlade ner när den öppnades (obefintligt gångjärn) - Utomhusgrillen extremt smutsig och obrukbar - Ofräscha städredskap 3. Très Belle maison, spacieuse, routes les 4 chambres climatisées, proche des commerces, belle piscine

On a passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison, elle est bien équipée, la piscine est magnifique avec son jardin, les commerces sont juste à côté(carrefour, centre commercial habaneras,...) restaurants, bars, cafétéria,..., je la recommande vivement.
