Cosy independent villa in a strategic area of the city at walking distance from the beach of Portofrailis. The area is surrounded by many other wonderful beaches, hiking path, and beautiful climbing spots, all easily reachable. The kitchen is complete with dishes and modern appliances: microwave+oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction cooker and coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and a bunk bed. The apartment is provided with a comfortable sofa, air conditioning, hair dryer, washing machine, television, and fast WIFI. A wide garden is also at your disposal provided of a private parking, a barbeque and an outdoor shower. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space. You're welcome, take care of it!

BELLA ESPERIENZA!

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento in ottime condizioni, carino, pulito ed organizzato con tutte e dotazioni neccessarie per una vacanza piacevole. In cinque minuti a piedi si accede alla spiaggia della località di Portofrailis e a pochi minuti di macchina troviamo bellissime spiagge da visitare. La zona è molto bella. Molto consigliata la gita alla cale del golfo di Orosei. Da evidenziare che la proprietaria è stata gentilissima e ci ha aiutato per tutte le nostre esigenze. Sicuramente torneremo!!

Cortesia e disponibilità all'arrivo. Pulizia dei locali perfetta. Casa molto curata, spaziosa, ben organizzata anche se minimalista. Belle vista parziale sulla sottostante baia, raggiungibile in due min a piedi attraverso un comodo sentierino parzialmente alberato, e sui monti a ovest, con possibilità di godere del tramonto mentrecsi mangia a cena. Dotazioni complete per una vacanza. Proprietari disponibili per piccoli problemi e consigli. Aria condizionata su tutte le stanze (aria-acqua), in questo periodo necessaria di giorno (le temperature scendevano intorno alle 01.00 del mattino). Attenzione all'ambiente da parte dei proprietari

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten um zwei Wochen als Selbstversorger unseren Urlaub zu genießen. Strand, Eis, Pizzeria und Supermärkte sind nicht weit entfernt. Kleines Problem: es fehlte ein Kinderbett / Babystuhl. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief ausschließlich über WhatsApp und war reibungslos, schnell und unkompliziert. Fazit: 5/5 Sternen.

villetta molto bella e accogliente

La villetta indipendente ha un delizioso giardinetto ed e’ comoda e accogliente. dal terrazzo si gode una incantevole vista sul mare. la spiaggia e’ a pochi minuti a piedi, così come i ristoranti e i bar.
