Terraced house in Stintino near the port

The terraced house is set within a private garden and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The house on the main floor consists of a large living room, veranda, kitchen, bathroom with sink, washing machine and toilet, pantry with window and combined refrigerator with three-drawer freezer.
The upper floor consists of 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub with shower. The master bedroom has a veranda from which you can enjoy the view of the sea and the town of Stintino.
The veranda in front of the living room has a 6-seater teak table and overlooks a typically Mediterranean garden with olive trees, rosemary, fruit trees and oleanders.
The house has a basement with independent access which remains available to the owners.
The house is about 150 meters from the port (Portu Mannu). The village of Stintino, 400 meters from the house, can be reached with a 10-minute on foot along the pleasant and wide stone-paved quay of the port. The house is 10 minutes by car from the Pelosa and Saline beaches.
The house is rented to couples and families. Children are welcome.
Events and parties are not allowed.
Cleaning is carried out following the provisions of the Ministry of Health and the National Protocol "Safe Welcome" with particular attention to the surfaces touched more frequently such as door handles, toilets, kitchen tops and dishes. The laundry is treated with high-temperature washing.
For your and our safety and tranquility, at every check-out the house is ventilated and sanitized with a professional ozone generator certified by the CNR which allows to eliminate viruses, bacteria and fungi and mites.
