The apartment has got a nice modern finish, and the beds are comfy. The showers lack hot water, as most of us (6) had cold to lukewarm water.

Would recommend to anyone, had a great time

It was very spacious, we loved the balcony. Fantastic location as close to everything you need and full kitchen facilities. Shops, takeaways and bars/restaurants right outside. The lifts were quite slow and stairs weren&amprsquot always an option as we were on the 16th floor

Great quiet apartment in a good location

Very spacious, everything you need for self catering, 2 shower rooms, large closed balcony, well equipped kitchen, lounge diner, hairdryer in the bathroom. On the 16th floor, no one above so very quiet,bins across the road, supermarket and close to the outdoor market,in fact only a short walk from most places. 5 euro in a taxi from the old town. I would certainly recommend this apartment We couldn't work out how to open the blinds in the lounge, probably opens but we couldn't see how 🙄.

Excellent location, very spacious apartment, lift quite slow to the top floor and hot water for showers ran short but overall an enjoyable stay.

Once all the water has been used, you need to wait some 30 minutes to have hot water again. Unfortunately, as they are private apartments, this supply is not centralised. All the best.

Friendly hosts easy to communicate with. Great location, clean and well equipped apartment, lovely balcony. A little inconvenient collecting keys and dropping off keys at an office across town.

Very spacious apartment with great views from the balcony. Very close to the main bar areas and walking distance to the beach front. Overall, great location and value for money. Only the living room had an aircon unit so the bedrooms were quite warm during the night. This was noted on the listing FAQs so can't complain.

Perfectly located and ideal for our trip to Benidorm!

Location was perfect, so many local shops, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and places to go on your doorstep. The view was incredibly from the balcony, especially as it was on the top floor! Having to pick up your keys + drop off from a different location although they made it easy once there. One pillow per bed would be a better touch. The lift seemed to take forever to reach its destination.

Overall very happy and would definitely stay there again🙂

very spacious, great location, very clean. The parking gate could do with a sign saying it’s for the property as we drove past it once before we found it and as it’s on a one way street had to go around the block again to get in. Collecting the keys is a bit of an issue as it’s quite a distance from the apartment, having your own vehicle obviously helps but if transferring from airport etc you could end up having a bit of a hike with luggage.

Very clean and spacious. Very nice location. Really close to the night life but could not here a thing when sleeping. One evening there was a smell of sewerage in the appartment. The hot water wouldn&#39t do 3 showers so had to wait a little for water to heat up.

Sometimes due to the proximity to the sea in punctual times it can smell a bit but it would eventually go. The boiler is electric so if it runs out you only need to wait a few minutes so it refills.
