You'll love to stay in this charming practical studio with the terrace in the small fisherman village Bratus near tourist center Makarska.

It's located on the second floor in the private house, just 30m to the small private beach with crystal clear sea and 2 min walking to the long beautiful small pebble beach suitable for kids.

This studio is ideal for a romantic vacation.

Everything Bratus has to offer is within just few minutes walking from the studio - beach, shop, restaurant, caffe bar…

It has two comfortable single beds that can be joined into one double bed and an air-condition unit.

Kitchen is equipped with two electric stoves, kettle and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

You can also use outside fireplace, shared with guests of our other apartments.

Bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

You will also get a parking spot near the house, Wi-Fi high-speed internet, clean linen and towels, all free of charge.

Baby cot can also be arranged free of charge, please contact in advance.

**** House rules:

Price for one night stay is +30%

For two or more nights stay standard price applies.

This is a smoke free studio. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Pets are not allowed.

We expect normal house behavior - watch not to break anything, leave the studio tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Except that - just enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the studio and its terrace with table and chairs.

Outside fireplace in the yard of the house is free too use and is shared with guests of our other apartments.

You will get a private parking spot near the house, free of charge.


**** The Neighbourhood:

Bratus is a village in Split-Dalmatia county (Central Dalmatia), close to the city of Makarska.

It's a small fishing and tourist village with less than 50 inhabitants outside the holiday season.

Bratus is a perfect place for families and people looking for a small, calm village at the Croatian coast off the main tourist places.

It’s also a great base for active holidays on Biokovo mountains.

The Biokovo mountain range boasts various challenging hikes and a scenic drive all the way to the highest peak Sveti Jure (1762m) with spectacular view.

Bratus has a charming beach promenade with a small shop, a cafe and restaurant.

Swimming is possible here and along the path towards Makarska.

Close to the main tourist hub Makarska, Bratus has managed to preserve its original atmosphere of a small fishing community.

In Makarska you can visit the nice old town and harbor with ferries leaving to islands Brac and Hvar.

Above the village, small prehistoric ruins with the name 'Gradina' can be found.

Split Airport is 75 km from the studio.
