High-luxurious style villa, completely restored in 2014., offers you full privacy and spaciousness. This spot can be ideal base to explore the diverse variety of Brac coastlines, history spots, interesting viewpoints and its delicious cuisine.

Three floors, 40 meters from the center, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position. 40 meters from the sea and 120 meters from the beach. Vast interior, large garden, vast terraces, heated swimming pool with hydro massage (27 m2), internal staircase and unconventional pool shape. External dining area, barbecue and garden furniture by the pool provides you spot where entire family can fulfill precious moments of togetherness.

Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 70 meters, restaurant 100 meters, pebble beach 120 meters away. We have housekeeper which provides following services to the guests: food preparation (on request, extra), pool cleaning and garden maintenance.

Fabulous hosts and great location in Sumartin…it exceeded our expectations.Close to everything…walk to main and several other quiet stupendous beaches. Restaurants, cafes and basic groceries are steps away.Croatian seafood and wines were second to none and reasonably priced.The home was spacious… front balcony has a special view of harbour and the rear pool area is private with sun and shade alike.Amenities were very good including all usual appliances.

Great house, location and city

Had a wonderful stay in this house, which is very spacious and well equipped with good outdoor space, a perfect view over the harbour and big parking space . The many bedrooms with separate bathrooms are really nice to have for larger families travelling together. The beach with pebble stones is just 300m away, and Sumartin is a beautiful small and quit city with a small handful of nice restaurants. Can recommend this house and city.

Das Haus liegt sehr günstig zum Meer und ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Wunderbare Terrassen und toller Pool. Die Vermieter waren wahnsinnig nett unf hilfsbereit. Nur zu empfehlen!

Wonderful villa a few meters from the harbour, restaurants and beaches with crystal clear water

This spacious villa with its green flowery garden, pool, patio and real turtles (!) was absolute fab and so was its wonderful host, beautiful Anna. We spent a great week, two families, in this awesome villa and it was so convenient to be so close to everything in this tiny and authentic little village. We couldn't have chosen a better villa to rent. The administrative contacts with Tonci were also really good, and we got wonderful support in arranging taxis, ferry ticket etc at good prices. Thanks a million for this amazing experience! Lots of love from Nina and Titti

Wonderful villa in a perfect location

Beautifully furnished, tasteful villa with everything you need for a really comfortable stay. The outdoor areas are gorgeous with a stunning view over the harbour and sea. The beach, shops, restaurants and ice cream are minutes away so it’s very easy indeed! Ana was a wonderful host, so charming and friendly and really looked after us. We were given great tips on places to visit and recommendations for food and wine. All great! Highly recommend staying here for a peaceful and relaxing experience. All you need for a perfect stay!

Perfect house and perfect location

We came to Ana's house the second time after 2015. I think you don't go to a place twice if you didn't like it :) again, it was perfectly clean, well equipped, the terraces and the garden were great for comfortable evenings and the hosts are just adorable.
