Cumbria cottages to rent- 2 Derwent House. It is part of a stylish modern development in the idyllic setting of Eden Grove. Well situated for the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and the North Pennines. It is also ideal for simply enjoying the local Cumbrian countryside.

The apartment is on the ground floor with an allocated parking space. Its own private entrance, as well as a private outdoor space for al fresco dining or simply relaxing in the fresh air. Inside, the apartment consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are also two single sofa beds in the spacious living area. The apartment can sleep up to eight guests in total. Free WiFi and a smart TV are provided. Along with fresh linen and towels. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen so you can cook, dine and entertain in your Cumbrian home from home.

(Please note that cameras are used for the security of the apartment when it is unoccupied. These are used in a GDPR compliant manner and the internal camera can be switched off as soon as you enter.)
