Coolarthome is a unique, beautifully furnished apartment for lovers of modern art. A one-of-a-kind art wall will delight your eyes, and a selection of paintings and works of art will brighten your stay in Parma. Each piece is available for purchase upon request. A true artistic gem like nothing you’ve ever seen before!!!<br>It’s located in a quiet, quaint village in the heart of the city. The apartment’s window overlooks a courtyard where the canal once flowed, and through which the marble slabs used to build some of the city’s monuments were transported. The city centre is just a stone’s throw from the village, and the train station is a short distance further on.

The host was helpful, courteous, and punctual. Apartment was exactly as described and expected. Perfect location. I would recommend and I would stay there again!

Great location. It's only about a 10 to 15 min walk from the train station and less to some of the main sites. It was very clean. I clarified the outdoor space before I arrived and Eleanora was great. A little mix up on the check out time so confirm when you first meet.

The apartment was clean and just what we needed. Great location and can walk to shops, restaurants and historical attractions. If traveling with a car you must park in the public garage about a 5 minute walk. Be mindful if you have a lot of luggage as their is no lift, about 22 steps.

Peccato che la proprietaria non sapeva della vostra collaborazione ma si è messa subito a disposizione per raggirare il problema in quanto aveva l’immobile in manutenzione (fortunatamente terminata ) ed ha dovuto accelerare il tutto per il suo uso .
