Great stay and location

Great place to stay. Had everything we needed. Quiet and on top of the building. Lots of outside space to relax giving terrific views from the 7th floor. Close to surf beach and easy walk to other beaches plus the old town. This location had the feel of being with the locals and away from some of the touristy areas across the river. Would stay here again.

Great location, fun neighborhood, proximity to beaches all great. And, that view from the front deck is terrific.But that about it for Sunset V. This is a premium rental that doesn’t deliver. The condo was dirty, walls cracked, one deck off bounds due to water leakage, and on. The furniture was more dormitory than premium. I guess it can be easily washed. Shades broken, tv the size of a computer screen, it all adds-up to an unpleasant week at Sunset V.

Great location, but…

We spent five days in this San Sebastián apartment. The location and balconies are great. Although the photos are mostly accurate, the apartment is not as luxurious. spacious or fresh as it looks. We are not picky tenants, but needed to report a problem with odor from a previous tenant, an unreliable toilet, and some recurring insects on floor of one of the bedrooms. Host was responsive but these are problems that need more attention.

Wonderful, central, clean and charming apartment!!

Oh my! Where to start! This apartment is so amazing! The endless balconies with the amazing views are really something to behold! It is SO conveniently located with coffee shops directly across the street, delicious dinner options just down the block, and all that San Sebastián has to offer just steps away. The managers of the apartment were incredibly responsive when we had a small issue. I would 100% return and 100% recommend this apartment. What an amazing city and what an amazing apartment!

Loved this apartment!

This place was perfect. Better than expected. Had so many more amenities then were listed in the listing. A beautiful spot on the very top floor of an apartment building with pretty much a wrap around balcony from front to side to back. The views were amazing! Right in the heart of it all. It was great that we could park and walk to all the sites, restaurants, beaches, groceries, Old Town and shopping. Modern and tastefully decorated. There was just two of us but there was plenty of room for another guest. The only thing that we found not great was getting to the check-in place. It was very hard as the address is a little confusing and you really can't ask anybody for help because nobody speaks English well enough to understand what you're saying. Or to give you help. Those who did help us could not even understand what the address was. I It took us an hour to get there after we got into town and it should have taken us 5 minutes. But once we got there the lcheck in was quick and easy.

Tout est parfait, l’emplacement et les terrasses exceptionnels. Seul bémol certains meubles doivent être réparer : l’étagère de la tv tombe, la patère de la salle de bain tombe, la table à manger est bancale (je l’ai rehaussée avec des livres), la peinture s’écaille par endroit. C’est dommage vu la qualité de cet appartement. Merci encore à votre femme de ménage d’avoir patienter jusqu’à mon retour pour nettoyer l’appartement. Je m’étais trompée de date de fin de séjour.

Great apartment, great location!

We loved this apartment for our stay in San Sebastián, 5 minute walk to the beach and a LOT of restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable, AC worked great, as did everything else. We definitely recommend this place!

Best location, near everything. The view is great and the 3 balconies are just incredible. Bed was very comfortable, but the couch a little less. Also the shower door didn’t close well, resulting in a wet floor. Overall one of the coolest Airbnbs I have ever been to.
