Sehr angenehme Erholung

Die Umgebung und das Wetter sind wie immer für Mitteleuropäer sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist von der Lage sehr zu empfehlen. Parkplatz für Mietwagen kein Problem. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Wohnungzustand muß angemerkt werden, es ist der Verschleiß zu erkennen und eine Renovierung wäre sehr zu empfehlen.(Hebung der Fußbodenfliesen) Bereich Tür Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten ist alles in der Wohnug, was für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Was mir fehlte war eine Microwelle. Besonders zu empfehlen ist die riesige Terrasse zum Sonnenbaden. The apartment has a spacious living room and a large terrace with an excellent view of the sunshine every morning. Located 1 min from the beach and 2 minutes from supermarket and great restaurants.Perfect place to stay in Costa Calma.Internet is not perfect, it works well most of the time, but sometimes it loses connection and if you need to make video calls it can be frustrating. But most of Costa Calma is suffering because of it.For me 5/5 :)

Lovely property, spacious, clean right on top of beach so perfect for pre breakfast swim in gorgeous waters. Patio furniture excellent. It would be good if the patio doors had a lock mechanism whereby they could be safely left ajar at night to give some ventilation. I would stay there again. Chris R

Wir können die positiven Bewertungen nur bestätigen, der Service vom Vermieter ist perfekt. Lage zum Strand und zum Einkaufen optimal. Die Einrichtung des App. ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal erneuert werden.

this is an excellent value for money bungalow in a superb location front line to the sea ...all the facilities are there and plenty of towels ....we only slightly downgraded the comfort rating based on our assessment of much more 5* expensive accomodation we normally stay in - so no disrespect was intended to the bungalow here ......this is very very good value for money . thanks again !!!

Das Objekt ist einfach genial gelegen und in einem guten Zustand, mit kleineren Mängeln. - Satanlage war leider mehr kein Signal als betriebsbereit, müßte mal auf Stand gebracht werden, - Kühlschrank Verkleidung im Türbereich sind zwei Halterungen weggebrochen, sollte mal ersetzt werden, - Bodenfliesen Zugang Wohnbereich zur Terrasse sind locker, bitte reparieren sonst Bruchgefahr. - die Sonnenmarkise sollte mal gerade aufgewickelt werden, sonst droht Materialbruch, wäre schade. - Toilettenpapierhalterung bitte festschrauben Kleine Dinge können leider große Wirkung haben. Sonst war der Aufenthalt eine Bereicherung, danke nochmals. Gruß Steffen

Die Ferienwohnung und die Kommunikation mit Javier war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist noch viel größer als auf den Bildern zur erkennen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön. In der Anlage war es sehr ruhig und sauber. Der Check In war sehr gut von Javier geplant und er hat uns bereits am Apartment erwartet. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen und wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für den unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Great place! The apartment is very nice and clean, good equipped and comfortable. Situated on the first line at the beach with Huge terase and great views. There is a supermarket just next door. To book thia stay was very easy trough the booking app and the staff was very helpfull.We spent great 10 days and definitelly we will be back next time.
