GRUMO by Design Studio

Fantastic apartment located directly on the beach in Grumo (Lierna).

The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a spacious living room, and a terrace with a splendid view of the lake.

It also features a shared swimming pool, private parking, air conditioning (only in the living room), and Wi-Fi. A swimming cap is required and must be brought along.

PLEASE NOTE:
The tourist tax (and final cleaning fee of €60) must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Check-in after 6:00 PM is subject to a CHARGE of €20 until 8:00 PM and €50 after 8:00 PM until 10:00 PM.
Check-in is NOT possible AFTER 10:00 PM: please arrange your travel arrangements in advance. Late arrivals are not permitted.

After spending several nights in Europe in small expensive hotel rooms this condo right on the lake was a welcome relief. Large, well equipped, sleek modern in design. We even got to wash our clothes!

Die Lage der FeWo direkt am See war super... Das war dann aber auch das einzige positive! Der Zustand der FeWo ist nicht schön: Schwarzer Schimmel an der Decke in der Dusche, Wasserflecken an der Decke im Schlafzimmer, der Balkon ist sehr unsauber, die Klimaanlage ist falsch installiert und bläst bei Betrieb heiße Luft in den Sitzbereich auf dem Balkon, in einer Schublade befand sich noch verschimmeltes Brot vom Vormieter, der Schlüssel der zum Poolbereich gehören sollte passte nicht. Insgesamt ist die FeWo sehr abgewohnt! Bei dem Mietpreis wäre eine top Qualität Vorrausetzung!

Wunderschöner Blick auf den See

Diese Ferienwohnung hat eine große Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick auf den See. Ebenso ein modernes Bad mit großer Dusche. Die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien war etwas sparsam. Der Pool war kaum nutzbar, da das Tragen einer Bademütze verpflichtend ist und das einzige Geschäft, das im Herbst welche verkauft, selten offen hatte.
