Evaero Villa II is part of the complex “Evaero Villas”, which includes four villas in total, each of them with its own private pool and facilities, designed with privacy in mind - with exclusive & separated areas.

This captivating home is embellished with a 32m2 private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep) featuring a special children’s pool compartment (0,60 meters deep), a lounge area by the pool and an outdoor shaded dinning area. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Charcoal BBQ facilities & sink) under sunset skies. The property lays in 300m2 outdoor area, with 75m2 lawn covered area. An ideal holiday escape for those who seek summery living. What’s more, a lawn covered outdoor playground is available for our younger guests with swing & seesaw.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. The spacious ground floor villa is an ideal escape for a family or group of friends. Lounge at the impeccable ground floor living room with direct access to the pool terrace and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. Set up a movie marathon at the 55’ Smart TV on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders.

The villa features two wonderful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. Four guests can be comfortably accommodated in real beds. One more guest can be accommodated on the single sofa bed of the living room. The maximum capacity is five guests.

Location Overview
Evaero Villas are located in the wonderful village of Prinos, offering a great location, as you have the opportunity to visit all the well-known beaches and sightseeing spots of Rethymno with your car, taking only 5 to 20 minutes maximum.

Guests can find a beautiful sandy beach, located in Skaleta area, which is only 5 minutes away by car. Also, in Skaleta there are all the shops that you might need, such as super markets, taverns, cafes, small shops, an ATM machine, a petrol station and various other facilities.

Also in Sfakaki and Stavromenos, which are just 10 minutes driving you will find a super market, a bakery, a butcher’s shop and a pharmacy.

Prinos village is among olive and orange trees and offers an amazing view of Psiloritis mountain, as well as unique sea views! Additionally, wonderful nature surroundings are at very close distance…you can visit Arkadi monastery, Anogia, Argyroupoli, Kournas lake, Matala, Knossos and a lot of other places that are nearby. Definitely you have plenty of choices and chances to experience moments that will be memorable to you!
