Large 1-bedroom with comfortable queen sized bed, dressers and closet (with iron and ironing board)

Flat screen TV, DVD player and nice couch with large ottoman in Living Room

Kitchen with full-sized fridge, stove, Krups coffee maker, sink plus island with seating for two

Private back yard with patio area

Private guest suite is fully furnished, stocked kitchen, linens, everything you need for your stay except the food!

HOUSE RULES:
- Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am
- No Smoking inside nor anywhere on property please. Vaping outside is OK.

Rental Agreement will be sent to you via HelloSign. Please complete within 24 hours of booking to confirm your reservation.

Pet friendly! Please no barking or scratching.

We allow well-behaved house-trained pets! Please advise on your pet's particulars (size/age/sex/breed) when you are booking. Pet fee required if you will have a pet.

Pets must be treated before arrival with a monthly flea protection.

Pet friendly, but please don't allow dogs on the furniture. If there are any accidents or damage done while you are there PLEASE let us know so we can resolve the problem before the next guest checks in.

Quaint little apartment.

I had a wonderful stay here. Thank you so much Rosemary for making my stay comfortable and welcoming. You have a beautiful property. It was clean and supplied me with all that I needed for my visit. It is in a great location and close to many great little shops and restaurants. I will definitely come back to this apartment if I stay in Jacksonville again.

Florida Visit 2021

This property was a great fit for our visit to Florida. It is perfect for 2 people, everything we needed was easy to find, the neighborhood is quiet and close to the places we were visiting in Jacksonville. Excellent Stay

This place is adorable and we had such a great time on a quick weekend trip. We walk 2 blocks down to the delicious deli to get lunch to go. There are parks nearby which is great for families! The owner was so responsive and helpful and did extra touches to ensure the highest satisfaction. Would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for a great weekend!

Amazing home away from home!

We stayed in this apartment for an extended time while our own house was undergoing some remodel. The apartment was beautiful and truly a home away from home. It has its own private entrance and backyard and is private and quiet. Should you need help or have questions the property owner will reply quick and is very helpful. The neighborhood is really cute, and the house is located between two really nice parks. Everything is super walking friendly, with shoppes and restaurants close by. If you need to drive somewhere, the house is also located with easy access to the highway. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, sheets, etc. I am so glad we found this apartment and were able to stay there while we could not be in our own house! Highly recommend it!

Very nice cottage in the historic area. Quiet and clean.

Great! I enjoyed walking my dogs and looking at the pretty houses. The parks were easy to find. The location is great too because it's near places to shop and eat.

Super cute and perfectly sized getaway!

Great spot, super convenient to the riverside area and an easy trip to restaurants. Did not realize the back was not fenced in but a minor inconvenience with my dog. The kitchen had everything I needed to get myself set for the week and the space was perfectly quiet. Many thanks to a great hostess and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place in Jax!

Absolutely excellent stay!! Home away from home!

Rosemary's private suite was to die for! My boyfriend and I were her first guests and we stayed the weekend for a nearby concert. The location was great, it was about 10 minutes from downtown in a good neighborhood. It had a very clean, cozy vibe and we truly felt at home. Rosemary was attentive and checked in on us after we had settled in, and was very friendly and flexible! She had thought of everything a guest would need, and both me and my boyfriend joked how we would've loved to live here! :) We had a rental car, so we didn't explore the nearby area on foot at all, but gas stations and other amenities were close by. The back yard was private and we could park out front which was great. We will be back! Highly recommended!!!
