Recently renovated and finely furnished apartment in alpine style, located in the Carlo Magno area in Madonna di Campiglio near the Cross-Country Ski Centre in winter, and the Golf course in summer. Approximately 400 mt from the ski slopes. Located on the 3rd floor with lift in the Rio Falzè residential complex and consists of entrance, living room with dining area and sofa/relaxation zone, small kitchen, large covered balcony with a splendid mountain view, 2 double bedrooms of which one with complete "en suite" bathroom, 2nd bathroom with shower. The property is completed by a parking space in the garage and a ski equipment cupboard. It also has a laundry room with shared washing machine.

Bella casa dotata di tutti i confort eravamo in 4 con due stanze adeguate e due bagni, arredamenti in legno e con un'ottimo livello di pulizia

Appartamento perfetto, ben ristrutturato e funzionale

Il fatto che l'appartamento era in perfetto stato 2 bagni la location era perfetta Tutto é andato bene compresa la consegna delle chiavi che é stata rapida. Pur essendo tutto perfetto, forse si possono aggiungere alcuni bicchieri da spumante un po più bellini, i bicchieri d'acqua erano di plastica, andrebbero presi di vetro anche Ikea, alcune pentole non vanno con l'induzione, andrebbero cambiate. Ma sono dettagli.
