Coastal retreat within walking distance to Chichester Harbour

The house is ideally situated in order to enjoy the delights of Chichester Harbour, West Wittering beach and Goodwood. The surrounding area offers numerous coastal and country walks including the Salterns Way and offers many activities which are easily reached from the property. It is possible to walk to the harbour and cycle to nearby West Wittering beach (bikes are not available at the property). West Wittering Beach are operating a pre book system so please check beach availability beforehand. Goodwood, home to the famous Goodwood Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival is approx 8 miles away. Two pubs are located within walking distance (booking advisable during peek times).

The property is detached with 3 double bedrooms, a snug/playroom, family bathroom with shower, large lounge, kitchen and dining area, utility room with separate wc. There is a private garden with patio area and bbq. Parking is available for two cars.

Property is exactly as advertised. Lovely beach bungalow . Impeccably clean.

Ray and family were a pleasure to host. Good communication and observance of house rules. The house was left clean and tidy and I wouldn’t hesitate to welcome them back. So glad they enjoyed their stay at our home.

We frequently enjoy sailing and water sports in Chichester Harbour and West Wittering Beach. We are keen mountain bikers and enjoy walking our labrador along the harbour the beach.
