6 person holiday home-By Traum

On the idyllic and scenic island of Als is this traditional village house, not far from the ferry berth in Fynshav with connection to Fyn. The house was originally built in 1680 and appears in good condition with a cozy atmosphere. Here you can really enjoy the silence and nature and in the garden you can enjoy privacy around the clock. There is free wireless internet. The cottage is centrally located in relation to excursion destinations and beaches as well as forests in the area. There is free firewood. It is NOT allowed to grill directly on the associated terrace as the house has a thatched roof, but a grill can of course be placed further away on the associated lawn.

Der Raum neben der HaustĂŒr riecht stark muffig und nach Katzenpipi dort kann niemand schlafen, der Fernseher lĂ€uft nicht auch keine Beschreibung wie er funktionieren soll, haben wir am 2.Tag online bemĂ€ngelt nix passiert. Das Haus sehr rustikal, die Terasse voller Unkraut, kein großer Topf fĂŒr Nudeln, Toilette neben dem Eingang hat das Flair einer Tankstellen Toilette. Hauseingangsschloss hakt.Der obere Bereich haben wir gar nicht genutzt,macht den Eindruck von einem Museum, staubig , muffig, alles alt und sehr schmutzig . Fast 1000 fĂŒr eine Woche in diesem Haus ist eine Frechheit. Das erste und lezte Mal haben wir ĂŒber DanCenter gebucht.

Das Ferienhaus in Augustenborg war perfekt fĂŒr unseren Familienurlaub, Der gerĂ€umige Garten war ein Hit bei den Kindern, gab ihnen viel Platz zum Spielen, wĂ€hrend wir die ruhige Umgebung genossen, Die Lage war auch fantastisch, mit schönen StrĂ€nden und charmanten lokalen Restaurants wie Fynshav Pizza nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt, Wir schĂ€tzten die gemĂŒtliche AtmosphĂ€re des Hauses, und das kostenlose Brennholz war ein schöner Bonus fĂŒr unsere Abende, Sehr zu empfehlen fĂŒr Familien, die nach einem friedlichen RĂŒckzugsort suchen!

so ein schönes Haus!

Die erste Woche waren wir zu dritt, die zweite hab eich das Haus allein fĂŒr mich gehabt. Es hat totalen Charme und ich/wir habe/n uns wirklich wohl gefĂŒhlt. Mein Papa ist schon recht alt und hat ziemlich gefroren, wir waren aber zu faul den Kamin anzumachen. Ich habe gut geschlafen und mochte die Einrichtung des Hauses sehr, da ich schon als Kind Ferien in DĂ€nemark gemacht habe und so kam eine Menge Nostalgie auf. Die Umgebung ist fantastisch zum spazieren, Rad fahren, fotografieren und angeln (es sogar eine Meerforelle angebissen) Mit den AbrechungsmodalitĂ€ten war ich nicht ganz glĂŒcklich, weil zusĂ€tzlich zum Mietpreis eine GebĂŒhr von 35€ aufgeschlagen wurde, die nicht vorher angekĂŒndigt war. Auch dass es keine genaue Wasserabrechnung gab war seltsam, ich musste eine Pauschale fĂŒr 3Kubikmeter zahlen. Ich kann das Haus ansonsten nur wĂ€rmstens weiterempfehlen.

Hobbithaus mit Charme

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung in der Natur sucht und nicht grĂ¶ĂŸer als 1,65 m ist ist mit diesen HĂ€uschen genau richtig. Es ist von Gun und Preben und deren Familie liebevoll eingerichtet und gehegt worden. Man spĂŒrt die Verbindung zwischen Familie und Haus fast. Die Sauberkeit ist super gewesen. Klar, Spinnweben hast du immer, aber sonst
selbst in den SchrĂ€nken kein Staub. Wir haben unseren nĂ€chsten Urlaub hier schon gebucht und freuen uns drauf.

Haus renovierungsbedĂŒrtig

Es gab folgende Probleme: 1) das Haus war stark verschmutzt bzw. staubig, u.a. in vielen SchrankfĂ€chern. 2) Der Baum neben dem Haus verlor bei Wind armdicke Äste, der Parkplatz war daher nicht zu benutzen. 3) Die Terrasse war ungepflegt sowie einige TerrassenstĂŒhle stark gebraucht bzw. mit Vogelkot beschmutzt. 4) Die SchrĂ€nke und Regale waren grĂ¶ĂŸtenteils voll, z.T. sehr ungeordnet, 5) Das Haus hatte viele Stellen, die marode oder unansehnlich sind (Flecken, Schimmelspuren, Löcher etc. Das Haus war von DanCenter mit 2 Sternen gekennzeichnet, dies war definitiv nicht der Fall. Es ist renovierungsbedĂŒrftig. Es kann so eigentlich nicht vermietet werden bzw. nur, wenn dieser Zustand in der Hausbeschreibung so auch genannt wird, was nicht der Fall ist.

Tolle Lage, das war es aber auch....

Dan Center als Vermittler ist wirklich toll. Schnelle unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Da sagen wir: Immer wieder gern! Die Lage des Hauses ist so wie es gewĂŒnscht und gesucht war. Leider war der Zustand des Hauses sehr mangelhaft. Es riecht nicht nur feucht, schimmlig und muffig (vor allem im OG), sondern es war auch nicht vorweg gereinigt und das anscheinend seit mehreren Monaten nicht mehr. Der erste Urlaubstag bestand erst einmal aus einer angemessenen Reinigung (sogar Besteck, Geschirr und Zubehör). Die Kaffeemaschine ist mehr als verkalkt gewesen, die mehrmals von uns mit Reinigern ausgekocht werden musste, ebenso der Wasserkocher. Die Matratzen sind nicht nur vergilbt und vergilbt, sondern auch mit Flecken ĂŒbersĂ€t. Das Haus an sich hat wirklich Scharm, es wĂ€re aber wesentlich schöner, wenn es in einem sauberen und besseren Zustand vorgefunden werden wĂŒrde. Nichts desto trotz...der Garten, die Umgebung und die Lage sind wirklich erholsam und ruhig.

Leuk huisje, geen bad, lage deuren en balken. Heerlijke vakantieplek om te relaxen, lezen. Zee, bos en op redelijke afstand van bezienswaardigheden. Af en toe verwarring van wat je wel of niet mag gebruiken. Goede prijs nu voor wat je krijgt. Blijft lekker koel bij Hoge temperaturen buiten . Heb genoten.
