Sehr schlechter Urlaub

Kommunikation zu Fewo direkt Katastrophe. Mitarbeiter haben keine Interesse zu helfen und legen mitten im Gespräch auf um diskussionen zu vermeiden. Die Kunden müssen sich selber um die Probleme mit der Agentur kümmern. Dort eingetroffen nächste Katastrophe. 3 Stunden gewartet bis check in. Alles durcheinander und kein geregelter Ablauf. Am Objekt angekommen alles verwahrlost und dreckig mit Staub, schmutz, spinnen und vieles kaputt. Viel zu teuer dieses Objekt und Inventar nicht vollständig um es richtig zu bewohnen. Betten dreckig, Bad verrostet, keine Putzmittel zu Verfügung. Musste alles zusätzlich gekauft werden. Ich war schon oft in bibione, aber das war Katastrophe, auch gegenüber Fewo direkt der Service der Mitarbeiter telefonisch.
