This is a great apartment

This is a great apartment. We stayed with our family (4 adults plus 2 kids). I enjoyed the location, it was quiet and within 5 min drive to supermarkets, pharmacy and the beach. The apartment is well equipped, the kitchen was great and had everything we needed. The hosts were also great and very responsive throughout the entire trip.

We like the appartment, everything was perfect, also for your second stay. 02/07/25 Maybe you could discuss with the neighbour on the other side of the park, if the could hold their dogs in the house, because they are woofing very loud and each times somebody is walking in the near of the house. For us it was not so bad, but we think other guests would be bothered by this noise. This is only an information for you.

It was just amazing. We were happy spending 10 days there. First time in Appartement I felt myself like at home. It war very!very! clean and cosy. Many thanks for that. Der Check-in war nicht persönlich, sondern über eine Schlüsselbox, die wir auch nicht direkt gefunden haben. Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur geschah nur online. Die Lage war sehr gut, wenn man nicht in die Hektik von Lissabon möchte (ca. 1/2 Stunde Fahrzeit). Das einzig Negative war, dass wir nachts alle Fenster schließen mussten, da die ganze Nacht über Hundegebell zu hören war. 13/09/24

Passionate about landscapes, new cultures, and adventures, we started to rent our own villa in 2012 to finance family trips.

Because we didn’t find any companies that provided a complete service on the Lisbon coast, we took care of all the details for our guests to have the best satisfaction.

The idea attracted some neighbors and friends who wanted to be part of our new project.
Thus, we built our local network of hosts, maintenance, cleaning, and laundry providers.

We proudly and with great enthusiasm founded Allure Villas thanks to the owners’ involvement, our satisfied guests’ feedback, and word of mouth.

Today, we operate more than 200 units along the beautiful Portuguese shorelines. We keep selecting unique properties that cover all accommodation types.

Our villas are handpicked and negotiated based on exclusive contracts, subsequently inspected and photographed by our local teams, seeking to maintain a high standard according to our guests’ needs and expectations.

Inside the resort guests have access to two 18-hole championship golf courses (Aroeira I and Aroeira II), four tennis courts, a shopping area, bars, snack-bars, and restaurants.
Aroeira is surrounded by a stretch of 30 km of the best beaches in Portugal, starting from the lively beaches near the centre of the village Costa da Caparica, to the almost deserted beaches of the south zone, ideal for water or sand sports.
Less than 2 km from the resort, you have beach bars and small restaurants specialized in grilled fish, some of them with wonderful terraces to enjoy the sunset.
About 5 km from the resort there is a wide range of beach bars that by nightfall turn into nightclubs or live music bars.
