Located on the world's famous seacoast of Afiartis in Karpathos island, within 200m of windsurfing instructors and equipment rentals. You can tour the sandy beaches of Afiartis on foot from bay to bay or you can enjoy your swim in the secluded private rocky cove, sitting just under the property.
You can take on your favorite sea sport while the family is relaxing in the private yard, enjoying the sea view or cooling off in the private pool.
The complex is composed of five distinct private villas, each one capable to accommodate 4 to 7 people. Each villa is equipped with a spacious living room, a well-functioning kitchen, and a private yard with a swimming pool. All the villas are fully equipped with electrical appliances, kitchen accessories, and air-conditioning.
The building was build in 2021 with modern construction techniques while maintaining the architectural characteristics of a traditional local seaside residence. The whole building complex was designed utilizing the latest green building techniques, aiming to minimize the building's ecological footprint during the construction phase and its annual operation.
Each villa's living area was designed to facilitate a modern family's everyday needs, therefore it is suited for family holidays throughout the year. It is located at a walking distance of 15 minutes from the secluded island's airport, and about 250m from the island's main road network.
