St George’s - Historic Dockyard & Gunwharf Quays

Originally from London I visited Southsea & Portsmouth in 2003 and loved it so much I decided to move here in 2004. My work experience was within fashion retail until I had an unplanned opportunity to holiday let a property of mine back in 2015 and have not looked back since, I love it, now running my own company Lair Share with a portfolio of properties from one to three bed. I love to travel having back packed in 2011 around southern Asia and Australia, experiencing from luxury accommodation to the most basic, from the best service to the worst so aim to meet and exceed expectations.

Welcome to the birthplace of the renowned British engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel with a memorial plaque just left of the property to mark this event.

The historic dockyard, Mary Rose experience, Gunwharf Quays designer shopping, Spinnaker tower viewing platform to take in the stunning views of Hampshire and the super range of harbor side restaurants and coffee shops, you'll be spoilt for choice.

Easy to get to with great road links, a main line train station with routes to London, Brighton and Cardiff, National Express hub, and sea links to the Isle of Wight, Gosport, and further afield, for example France and Spain from its international ferry port.

Bathrooms - 1 family bathroom with bath and over bath shower, 1 downstairs toilet with sink - welcome shampoo, conditioner and shower gels available for your arrival.

Kitchen diner - great views of the Spinaker from the kitchen window, a fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer and microwave. and 2-seater sofa for added comfort.

Living and workstation area, for work, rest and play. Sofa that turns into a large double sofa bed with additional enhancer to meet your specific sleeping configuration needs. SMART TV with back lighting feature and free Wi-Fi.

Garden - French doors from the living room to the well sized garden with table and seating to enjoy a glass of your favorite at the end of the day.
