High Tide consists of a first-floor kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining seating for six people, a first-floor sitting room with Smart TV, a ground-floor utility with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of two second-floor twin rooms, and a third-floor super king, along with a second-floor shower room and third-floor bathroom. Outside, there is a first-floor enclosed, raised terrace with furniture and lawned area, and off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no smoking. You’ll find a shop in 1.1 miles, pub in 0.8 miles, and beach in 0.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. High Tide is a pleasant base for an Isle of Wight escape. Note: Property contains lots of open-tread stairs, not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 350GBP
