Large apartment in a strategic location to reach the train station and all the main tourist attractions of the city.

This apartment, located on the sixth floor of a building with a lift, is ideal for families and groups as it can host up to 6 people.
The living area comes with a bright living room with double exposition, a sofa and a dining table. From here there is access to an independent and well-equipped kitchen, also fitted with an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee machine.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms with herringbone parquet and desk, two with a queen size bed and one with twin beds. A toilet and a full bathroom with shower complete the apartment.
At guests’ disposal there are comforts such as free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and heating.

*Please be informed that the city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.

Poor communications and dirty property

The property is potentially very good. It has big rooms and is in a good location. However, the managers are not good and the property is tired and not kept clean. They have refused to answer our communications about issues with the property. (It is now a week since we communicated with them when we were in the property). It was not clean when we arrived and there was dangerous wiring. We had to buy cleaning materials and then spend time cleaning the property including kitchen, bathroom and toilet when we arrived. There was hair in the bath and in the bath plug hole. Some of the bedding was ripped and had holes. The communications before we arrived were also not very prompt. We had to chase them for information about the property.
