This 3-bedroom luxury property is located within the county of West Midlands, and is one of our most sought-after houses for groups and business travelers.
Having a beautiful, modern design, this accommodation can comfortably accommodate 8 guests and is set in a private neighbourhood, having its own back garden.
Located just between Solihull and Birmingham, this spacious house comes equipped with everything you need. A large living room with a corner sofa and a Smart 50” TV, already set up with a guest Netflix account, free of charge; a modern kitchen, where you can cook your own meals, complimentary WiFi, bed linen and toiletries, all to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.
There is off-street parking, if you arrive by car. By staying with us, you will have the entire home to yourself.
We provide full access to the house and facilities via self-check-in.
Available 24/7 should you need anything
Prior to your arrival:
All guests must provide proof of Identification i.e passport, driver's licence, pay a refundable damage deposit fee of £100 & sign the Terms & Conditions.
During your stay:
1. There cannot be any more than the confirmed guests in or on our property at any one point, this will be a violation of our occupancy limit and violation of this will lead to the immediate removal of all guests without any refund.
2. All guests must respect our community guidelines:
No Parties/Gatherings that exceed the maximum number of guests
No Smoking
No extra guests
3, Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down after 10 pm.
4. We would prefer if you could:
Use indoor shoes/slippers
Treat the flat as if it were your own
When leaving the property please make sure you lock the door and all the windows
