Awesome experience at this property! Great location….walking distance to Hyde Park, short walk to Paddington Station, easy access to all areas of London. Apartment was private, clean, comfortable, and convenient. We stayed for 6 nights and had a washing machine in the unit which allowed us to bring carryons. Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The bright airy flat is in a great location and easily accessible by foot to 2 underground stations and within walking distance to Kensington Gardens which is a nice bonus. This flat met our needs and was very comfortable, well equipped, with lots of towels and bedding and kitchen utensils. The check in process was very efficient, even my mail packages awaited me upon arrival. The Altido staff were very attentive and accessible when the washing mashing broke down.
The ground floor location of the flat is convenient however with large windows facing the sidewalk it is very close to foot traffic making it a bit uncomfortable in the evenings from a privacy perspective. The building work & scaffolding over the main entrance was unexpected though not bothersome.
Overall this was a wonderful stay and highly recommended

Don't do ot!
We travel for the prepose of work. There is NO DESK, NO Easy Chare, ONE small table and two small chairs. there are NO spar electric sockets except on old frail one in the corner. The cheep roller drapes are non working (we were ask not to use them), so can not partially cover the front window, must pull solid shutters across, which do not want to stay closed.
Leave open and you will be totally visible to street.
Front window does not open, so NO fresh air to flat except rear. Lighting system usually does not work on celling lights.
Most importantly, it's a fire trap. The rear window is nailed so as to only open about 12", and if a fire happened in the kitchen, blocking the front door, there is a 20 foot drop thru a nailed window in the rear.
