Seabank Cottage is in a magnificent location, situated approximately 50 feet from Port-e-Vullen Beach, Maughold on the north east coast of the Island, with stunning coastal views and distant views of Cumbria on the horizon.

This comfortable, newly built holiday cottage has a large picture window in the lounge/dining area, showing off beautiful views out to the sea, coastline and beach. Dolphins, seals and a variation of bird life can be viewed in the comfort of this cosy cottage. One good sized double bedroom, with window to the front with sea views and built in mirror fronted wardrobes and high vaulted ceiling. Modern fitted kitchen, with oven, grill, ceramic hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The bathroom is a wet room with a walk in shower with glass panel.

To the front of the property is a small decking area. To the side is a raised decking area, fenced, with fantastic views. The beach is a couple of seconds walk from the property.

There's plenty to do and see! Just half a mile up the road is an electric railway stop which can take you north to Ramsey, south to Laxey and Douglas or up to the summit, Snaefell. Seabank is located on the island's coastal footpath, the Raad Ny Foillan, which provides stunning views and is graded as a moderate walk.

Lovely stay

The cottage was brilliant, amazing spot, clean and cozy. Tim and Jane (sorry if the names are wrong) were extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to check out a little later for a lazy morning. Genuinely, the only bit of feedback I could give is that the dishwasher had dirty plates and glasses so did smell quite a bit when opened. Other than that small thing it was a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic few days at Seabank and we were very lucky with having great weather as well.

We had a great few days at Seabank and it’s a lovely little place. Upon our arrival, we had a lovely greeting card waiting for us and a little bucket and spade for our son to play with when we went to the beach! The weather was fantastic and we were very lucky to see Moonlight and Starlight, the dolphins pass us by, from the comfort of the cottage and its big window that provided an amazing view. Such a great place and look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

oh I do like to be beside the seaside

Well equipped cottage for two with wonderful sea views (best we've had at any cottage we've stayed in) and breakfast with the seabirds every morning. Location ideal for lots of walks. Good job the second handset worked with TV as we struggled with silver handset. Generous welcome package. Found it easier to park on top road to avoid sea spray on car as several nights with v. strong winds. Enjoyed our stay - very relaxing

No place better!

We have had the most wonderful few days at the cottage, leaving full of wonderful memories and feeling refreshed. We were provided with everything that we needed and more, the appliances were all straightforward forward to use and the furniture was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location is unrivalled, and a joy to have experienced for the second time. We look forward to returning!

A little piece of magic in a beautiful spot. Cottage was amazing.

The cottage is spectacular. Extremely clean, well fitted out with all that you could possibly want. I was blown over by the location, so pretty and quiet. It is just off the beach front, the views were amazing. Jane and Tim were very helpful, the goodies that they put in the Cottage for when you arrive were a bonus. So many little ‘touches’ to this property

Another lovely holiday!

The cottage was in excellent condition, in this beautiful bay. The location is superb, we were able to swim and kayak from the doorstep. There are interesting walks in the area, and we cycled into Ramsey and beyond. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous seaside cottage

Relaxing Break

We had a relaxing week at this peaceful cottage. Itis a good base for walks along the cliffs and into Ramsey. We had no complaints about the property. Bear in mind that it is some distance from any shops, restaurants or pubs. It was suggested that we leave our car on the slipway or on the road. If you leave it on the slipway it may be drenched in sea-spray at high tide, so I would not recommend this option!

Beautiful house with stunning views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house has everything you could possibly need and the owners even left bread, milk, butter and fruit for our stay. Everything was clean and tidy. It's close to Maughold Village which was beautiful and very informative of its history. Hoping to stay again soon. Thank you.

This is a lovely little cottage on the northeast coast. It was perfect for the two of us. The house had everything we needed. The extra touches that the owners added, like flowers on the table and candy, made it extra special. We should have booked a longer stay.

We had a superb week

This is a very lovely cottage, right next to the sea. The location is very quiet, with an outstanding view across Ramsey Bay and the comings and goings of the ships. The cottage is well laid out and tastefully furnished. The bed was comfortable, and there was adequate hanging/storage space. The bathroom is well laid out, and easy to keep clean. The kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday. And the sauna was an unexpected bonus!

Fantastic stay in a lovely cottage at a stunning location.

Stayed at Seabank Cottage for a midweek visit to the Isle of Man. The cottage is beautifully laid out and immaculately presented. Jane was a perfect host and nothing was too much trouble for her on hand to answer any questions we had. It is a stunning location and we could have spent hours just watching the sea and clouds out the window like an ever changing painting. The slipway takes you down to the beach which gives to another aspect of the bay which has to be seen to be appreciated. Jane has provided information about the island and local area which saves you having to pick them up yourself. This is simply an outstanding place to stay. We used it as a base to explore the island but could have quite happily stayed here from when we arrived until we left.

A little piece of heaven

What a beautiful little place with fabulous views. The house was really comfy and cosy even better than the pictures. And sitting admiring the sea views…so relaxing and peaceful. And in the evening when the weather was good we just sat out on the deck and enjoyed a glass of wine a little piece of heaven!
