Living room: With wood-effect electric fire, Freeview TV and DVD player.
Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed and Freeview TV.
Bedroom 2: With single bed and folding bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Parking permit for 1 car (unreserved). No smoking. Please note: There is a flight of steps to reach the property.. A delightful detached cottage located in the centre of Dartmouth only a stones throw from the waterfront, restaurants and shops. The cottage, which has been tastefully furnished and decorated is well equipped and has views of the river and out to the castle and sea from the bedrooms.

Lovely place

Great town property is slightly tired and garden needs a bit of work. Overall a great place and good location will definitely be returning to Dartmouth
