Superbly Modern and Airy Two Bedroom Seaside Apartment with Balcony

The superbly decorated modern coastal apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a private balcony, and free designated parking. A bright and airy, comfortable home away from home in the quiet and high-brow Bijilo Resort area of The Gambia.

The apartment has a large open-plan living area with well-designated areas. The seating area with a flat-screen Smart TV for entertainment, the dining inside and outdoors on the balcony for all guests, a fully serviced and equipped kitchen with Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Ceramic hobs and Oven for cooking; finally, guests have access to a full-length balcony with access from both bedrooms and the living room. The apartment is installed with safety features such as a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, and carbon monoxide alarm.

The space is fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans, and has comfortable and relaxing sleeping areas for four guests - two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and one en-suite. The King-Size Bed is extra-long - 2m, Double Bed, and there is a spare duvet and spare pillows just in case.

Wifi is on us, and the wifi is well suited for remote working in the open common area or entertainment and connected to the smart TV - so bring your streaming log-in for the TV.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put all the soiled towels and items into the large decorative basket by the Kitchen. Remove all food from the Fridge/Freezer and Cabinets. Take out and dispose the Trash to appointed area.
Switch off all water taps in the apartment, and switch off all Lights, Ceiling Fans, Air conditioners, TV and the Electric Cooker is off. Remember to take all your belongings when you checkout.
Please report any damages or missing items directly to the host. Any damage found will result in a damage claim to you. Please remember to close and lock all windows and doors, and return the keys.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO ILLEGAL DRUGS are allowed on the premises, NO OPEN FLAMES/CANDLES, and NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS can stay overnight.
DO NOT OPEN LOCKED CABINETS. Any locked closet doors are locked for privacy or supplies. Forcing the door/lock open will result in damage costs claim.
Please REPORT ANY DAMAGES found on arrival to us using the Inventory checklist. During your stay, please note any damages to us to avoid damage claims

Lovely

My stay was very pleasurable, the place was very comfortable and had almost everything you needed in the kitchen area. The balcony stretched across both nedrooms and living area making it a huge area to out outside. The owner was very informative and eqsy to contact if any problems. The one thi g obwould say, it would be nice to have had the sheets changed during a week stay due to the weather being very hot. However, I would stay at this apartment again.
