This two bedroom apartment is located on the first floor (lift access available), has a generous sized master bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin room. Open plan lounge/dining area with ample seating for relaxing which opens out onto a private balcony with table and chairs. The contemporary kitchen offers a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and a standard size fridge freezer to cater for a family holiday. Family bathroom with toilet, sink and bath. Underground secure parking for one car and the residential road is unrestricted for a second car. Complimentary WIFI and x1 cot and x1 highchair stored at the property.
