Wonderful Impeccable Apartment with direct access to the beach!:
Beautiful ground floor front line beach apartment with direct access (in only 20 meters!!!) to the best white sandy beaches of Marbella and very close to the most famous beach club, the Nikki Beach. This flat ideal for couples has been completely refurbished and is in excellent condition. It offers a double bed, bathroom with shower, living room, large south facing terrace where you can enjoy relaxing breakfasts and dinners and a fully renovated and equipped kitchen. The urbanisation has 5 swimming pools (3 swimming pools for adults and two swimming pools for children), children's area and beautiful gardens. In addition, there is free parking space within the community complex (parking spaces are not guaranteed, especially during the summer months, with many options available throughout the complex).
There are excellent facilities for sports of all kinds in the immediate vicinity. The Don Carlos tennis club, the golf courses Los Lagos de Santa Maria and Greenlife Golf and the Aventura Amazonia park are only 800 m away and allow you to practice sporting activities among the trees and nature. Platforms, ropes, walkways, swings, bridges and nets are distributed throughout the grounds. It includes the largest zip line through the trees with a length of 240 m. Excitement and adrenaline are guaranteed!

Spain beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay here. Fabulous location. The unite was perfect for the 2 of us. If we had one complaint it would be there were no blankets for the bed. Other than that fabulous.

the benefit is you are ground floor, no view though, very close to the pool (20 metres), and 200m to Nikki beach. There are multiple pools to choose from! Two supermarkets are 15 minutes away as are multiple restaurants. You are 10km from Marbella, easy to get there - so location is wonderful! We used it as a base to explore; i.e. Gilbraltar, Seville & Malaga. Great holiday

It was a modern one bedroom condo on the ground floor. Unfortunately we had no view of the Mediterranean sea but could hear the waves and its right on the sea. Great location! Pools on site were plenty and clean. Carmen who checked is in was really helpful!

Excellent situation . . .

. . . but although we could her the tantalising sound of the swimming pool system about ten metres away, the pool itself was closed until 3 June, three days after we left. There is a second pool, as you can see, further down the front of Romana Playa. In addition the gates to the beach have a separate disc key system; we were not provided with a disc and so had to go the long way round via the road to access the beach and the path alongside (see the photos). Our requests for a disc were met with the reply that the rental company could not provide one, which we found utterly extraordinary. When we arrived we were not informed that we needed an electronic key to be able to drive in to the car park and we had to wait for someone to come out in a car. That key we found attached to the house key in the little key safe by the apartment front door. The apartment itself is great. Fully equipped, everything apparently brand new, ideally located a stone's throw from the beach (we could have thrown the stone over the locked gates!) So that's why this review is not five points all round. 'Check in process' involved phoning Carmen. Several times. Elviria is a splendid place for a beachy holiday. Great bars and restaurants, easy drive into Marbella.
