Our comfortable apartment is just 100 meters from the beach, is in a beautiful and quiet private urbanization with swimming pool and parking. It is in an area with all the necessary services, restaurants, shops, pharmacy ... Very close to the famous beach club Nikki Beach.

For golf lovers, the Elviria area is paradise. Within a radius of 5 kilometers, there are three large golf courses, Santa Maria, Cabopino and the Greenlife Golf Marbella.

Bare bones, okay place

This may have had to do with my booking the property so last minute, but lots of things weren't ready for my arrival. There were no check-in instructions or contact before I called the owner; no towels so I went searching for those in the closet; no shampoo and soap as listed but fortunately I had some with me; the dishwasher was full of dishes which I unpacked. And the dishes available weren't that clean. The floor also could use a cleaning. The apt itself is fine, very bare bones (definitely photographs better), but quiet and close to a small decent beach, part of Playa de las Chapas. It would've also have been nice to get some tips as this is not in a populous area. Positives: Frank, the property manager (?) who let me in, was very nice, and to be fair, the owner allowed me to leave my things beyond the check-out time because no one else was coming. Nice pool.
