Perfect location

The property was just as described in the text. It is a little dated in the Spanish style, but that adds to its appeal. It has a beautiful garden and a feeling of space. It has all the amenities required for a relaxing stay. Location was perfect!

road works

We understood that there could be disruption with the water supply but did not know that the road was being dug up right next to us.The noise was unbearable at times and when the books started falling off the bookcase with the vibrations it was quite scary.

Familienaufenthalt mit Erinnerungen an die Vergangenheit

Unsere Familie kennt die Gegend schon sehr lange und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in diesem Haus. Alles ist zweckmäßig, durchdacht und mit andalusischem Mobiliar aus den 70er Jahren eingerichtet. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Unkomplizierter Check-in / Check-out und reibungsloser Ablauf, dank Herrn Berhahn vor Ort.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage, toller Garten

Ja, das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber so war es inseriert - wir hatten keine Probleme damit. Kein WLAN, aber der Handy-Hotspot (LTE) hat völlig gereicht. Auch Streams kein Problem.Der Garten ist top: Eigene Zitronen und Mispeln. Wir haben jeden 2. Tag gegrillt. Drinnen nur Kaffe/Tee gekocht.Aktuell wird in dem Viertel gebaut, 2 mal war das Wasser abgedreht, aber wir wurden vorgewarnt und konnten damit umgehen.Wenn das Innere mal modernisiert werden sollte - insbesondere das Bad könnte ein Facelift vertragen, dann gäbe es 5 Sterne. Aber dann würde man wahrscheinlich auch deutlich mehr zahlen.Unser Tipp in der Umgebung: "Hipopotamos Beach". Nett und gemütlich. Gute Drinks direkt an der Seafront. Es gibt kaum einen besseren Platz als die Hocker am Tresen zum Meer hin. Das Essen (eher Bistro-Stil) war auch gut.

In die Jahre gekommenes Ferienhaus mit Charme

Obwohl das Ferienhaus einfach und in die Jahre gekommen war, haben wir uns dort wohl gefühlt. Die relativ große Terrasse und der Garten trugen vor allem dazu bei. Die Ausstattung und die technischen Funktionen des Hauses entsprachen der Beschreibung im Internet. Der Hausverwalter war freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.

Wonderful cozy small summerhouse

We enjoyed the stay very much. The House and the garden a perfect and private place. Close to the Beach and space to yourself if wanted. We Will return this Fall.

Perfekte Lage

Wir waren eine Woche und es hat alles gepasst. Dies sind die wichtigsten Punkte: - sehr gute Lage - schöner großer Garten - schöne Terrasse - sehr Nahe an einem sehr schönenden Strand :-) Die Wohnung ist sicherlich nicht mehr die neueste (ist ja auch auf den Bildern zu erkennen) aber alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch an allen Fenster ist ein Mückenschutz was Nachts sehr von Vorteil ist. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten von der Wohnung und auch vom Strand zu erreichen (für die kleinen Dinge zwischen durch). Für den großen Einkauf muss man ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und Verwalter waren sehr gut und sie sind beide sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Das Preis- Leistung Verhältnis stimmt und passt! Wir würden die Wohnung beim nächsten Mal in Marbella wieder nehmen.

Super trotz einiger Unannehmlichkeiten

Leider fanden in der Seitenstraße größere Strassenarbeiten statt, so dass beim Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse mit Ruhe nicht zu rechnen war. Dadurch gab es auch ab und zu kein Wasser, was wir aber immer in den Griff bekommen haben. Der Vermieter hatte uns dies mitgeteilt und wir hatten uns trotzdem entschlossen, diesen Urlaub anzutreten und haben es auch nicht bereut.

Anlagenbewertung und Betreuung

Wie bereits im Vorjahr 2022 beschrieben ist das Haus in die Jahre gekommen und dem entsprechend muß man Abstriche machen. Der Verwalter war telef. immer erreichbar und bei Bedarf zeitnah vor Ort. Ansonsten ist es für Urlauber, die Abstriche akzeptieren ein schöner Aufenthaltsort. Mit freudlichem Gruß Monika und Alfred
