El apartamento es muy luminoso y fresco ya que el sol solo llega a la terraza de mañana.
Saliendo del apartamento avanzamos por un sendero lateral y llegamos a la piscina . Luego caminando entre jardines y fuentes estaremos frente a la playa. Accedemos por una puerta privada.
Tenemos cerca un famoso chiringuito de playa llamado "LA ANTIGUA"con shows de Flamenco.
También hay otro con muy buena comida llamado "PEPE¨S"
La playa es muy tranquila en todas la épocas del año.

El apartamento esta totalmente renovado con aire acondicionado frio calor.
Próximo a Estepona,Puerto Banus y Marbella.Proximo a los mejores Campos de Golf de la zona y a las pistas de Padel de "Villa Padierna".

Nuestra experiencia en estos 15 días,ha sido nefasta,ya que el apartamemto estaba muy sucio.Tratamos de contactar con la dueña y no hemos obtenido ningún tipo de respuesta.Tuvimos que ponernos a limpiar nada más llegar y sacrificar tiempo de nuestras vacaciones.En cuanto a comodidad del apartamento sofá muy sucio e incómodo(compramos dos mandalas para poder sentarnos),olor en toda la casa,incomodidad de dormir en una cama cuya funda de colchón estaba con una mancha de regla que porsupesto quitamos(tuvimos que comprar nuestras propias sábanas).Lo mejor de nuestra estancia la ubicación,los jardines y la piscina del apartamento.

Wir waren mit unserer 2 jährigen Tochter da, es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Von Reisebett bis Sandspielzeug war einfach alles da. Die Lage ist super gut und die Wohnung sehr schön. Auch von Buchung bis Check out, super unkompliziert. Jederzeit wieder.

Incredible find in a beautiful area

This apartment is perfect for families and guests by themselves, it was very clean and in an ideal location which made walking and public transport very easy. We also hired a car towards the end and there is free parking too. It’s such a safe area and everyone who lives around there is very friendly! I would definitely recommend

In einer sehr schönen geschlossenen Wohnanlage befindet sich die Wohnung. Pool und gepflegte Gärten; es wurde an Alles gedacht, was zu einem erholsamen Urlaub benötigt wird. Strandutensilien vorhanden, Parkplatz in der Anlage, positiv die Schlüssel Übergabe . Unser Sohn wohnt mit Familie in der Nähe, sobald der Nachwuchs da ist, werden wir die Wohnung öfters versuchen zu buchen.

9 jours de passer entre le 14 et 23 septembre 2023 bonne vacances ,juste très dommage on c est fais dévoré par des moustiques, remplit de dose le premier jours , l 'appartement c est pas le grand luxe mais avec tous ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonne vacances et pouvoir faire de bon repas , beaucoup de personnes âgée a cette époque donc très calme, très proche de la mer avec une belle promenade pour y arrivé , piscine et alentour très propre .

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The location was perfect and the sea walk was awesome for our daily walks. It’s a bit of a walk to the grocery store but certainly manageable. The apartment is very well equipped for your everyday needs. The only thing extra that we could have used were more dish cloths and dish towels but did not feel it was necessary to bother the owner/host for the little things. It was a great stay and we look forward to staying here again

Goed uitgerust appartement vlak bij het strand

Voor de tweede keer dit appartement gehuurd tijdens een winterperiode. Brandschoon, volledig uitgerust appartement met grote woonkamer en twee zeer ruime slaapkamers. Heerlijke bedden en zeer compleet uitgeruste keuken. In de winter is het erg rustig op het complex. Helaas waren er op het naastgelegen perceel nog bouwwerkzaamheden aan de gang waardoor het overdag soms nogal lawaaiig was (maar daar kan de eigenaar van het appartement natuurlijk niets aan doen). Volgend jaar hopen wij hier weer te komen, en dan is het naastgelegen pand ook opgeleverd.
