We had a wonderful 12 night stay at this very clean and comfortable home away from home. When the weather permitted, we enjoyed time on the balcony which overlooks a small pretty Square. The owner was very quick to respond to any inquiries before and during our stay. The location of the apartment was perfect, and Estepona is a special place to visit. We would not hesitate to book this apartment if we were to return to Estepona. Thank you Janine and Bassel.

The location of this apartment is terrific with access to lots of street life. It's also convenient for shopping of all kinds and lots of restaurants. A 10 minute walk to the beach down the lovely Terrazza. Everything you need is in the apartment.

Good to be back.

We were happy to return to this apartment in its great location in central Estepona, after a five year absence. Lots to see and do within easy walking distance. Growth and infrastructure changes have increased the level of human and vehicular activity in the immediate area. We would stay here again.

Good location, very clean well equipped property

We stayed for 8 nights at this very clean and well equipped apartment. It is in an excellent location in the old town with a wonderful beach and many restaurants just a short walk away. Communication with the owner was excellent and they were very understanding about an issue we had that was not of their making and we thank you for that understanding. We would have no hesitation in returning for another stay in this apartment

Perfect Spot for Old Town Estepona

Janine and Bassel were absolutely excellent hosts. They responded promptly to any concerns or questions we had. We felt very safe and secure in this apartment. The proportions of the entire space of the apartment made us feel very comfortable in addition to lots of light and cross ventilation. We always had fresh air. The balcony is small, but very much a delight to be on especially in the morning to enjoy the sunrise and to watch the activity of the street and the park. The park gave the balcony and the entire apartment a very pleasant atmosphere. Both the kitchen and the bathroom are very well equipped and it was so nice to be able to have the clothes washing machine off the back balcony, as well. Yes indeed, the apartment is only a five minute walk from the beach along the central pedestrian walkway through the centre of the old town. We would book this apartment again in a heart beat. What a great way to enjoy Historic Estepona. This apartment made us feel very much at home and we fell in love with it.

Location! Location!! Location!!!

This cute, bright and modern looking apartment is right in the old town and in the middle of everything. You just step outside and have what you need right there. We enjoyed wonderful meals on the sunny little terrace (even in the middle of winter). Not only is the new major pedestrian street right below, but there is also a little park right in front, so you always see lots of green, palm trees and flowers. We also got to enjoy a few parades (marching band and all) right from our balcony. The old town is absolutely beautiful and we felt safe at all hours. The apartment itself has been very tastefully refurbished. We cooked many meals in the wonderful kitchen. The beds are comfortable and there is lots of bedding. The clothes washer has a problem with the start button but I believe it is being replaced. A few other minor things show some wear and tear but I am sure those will be replaced as well. Fatima, who takes care of the apartment, was very sweet and was easily reachable if we had any questions. Oh, and everything was impeccably clean upon our arrival! In conclusion, we LOVED this apartment and would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Malas formas del dueño.

Contento con la ubicación y el tamaño del apartamento, pero disgustado con los comentarios del dueño al indicarle que de las tres cacerolas existentes en la cocina dos estaban totalmente inservibles (quemadas y sucias) y el mantel de la cocina lleno de manchas de grasa. El dueño contestó que si no estábamos de acuerdo con el apartamento nos fuésemos. No creo que sean formas de contestar a unos inquilinos, que siempre han hablado con él de forma educada. Si la persona encargada de limpiar la casa está enferma (tal y como nos indicó), debería haber buscado otra forma de solucionarlo, cosa que no ocurrió.

Well located apt

Bassel,the owner was super responsive to any queries I had before arrival and whilst at the apt. He also returned my breakage deposit within a few hours of vacating the apt. He is ably assisted in Estepona by Maria who was waiting for us when we arrived and was very friendly and helpful. The apt has clean lines and is simply but tastefully designed with everything thought of. (Large shower cubicle) and nice shower! Small balcony to eat and drink and watch and hear the locals go about their business and you do hear them!! although very hot until sun goes down unless you’re an early bird! ( in the summer) Parking was a problem near apt even nearby car park was completo. Had to park away and walk to apt. A minor hitch in a lovely town like Estapona with good cafes (missing my morning cafe con leche already) bodegas, restaurants and long sandy beach.

von Estepona liegt das gut geschnittene Appartment im 2.Stock, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet , man findet alles was man braucht, die Nächte waren ruhig, tagsüber ist es allerdings sehr laut, an der Grenze zur Altstadt, an der belebten und gut besuchten Einkaufstraße die gleichzeitig zum herrlichen Strand führt, hat die Wohung eine gute Lage, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Exactly what we were looking for.

This is a great apartment in a great location in the wonderful old town centre of the small city of Estepona. The apartment is newly renovated, well designed and equipped to enjoy staying in and perfectly situated for emersion into the warm, vibrant, friendly, delicious opportunities that are literally at your doorstep. Restaurants, taverns, food stores, boutiques, yoga, not to mention the seashore, port and other attractions, are all within easy walking distance. We rented a car to get to daily tennis and visit places of interest. Finding parking on the nearby streets wasn't nearly as challenging as we thought it would be and quickly became an agreeable routine. Two comfortable bedrooms with good storage space allowed another couple to join us for part of our stay. The property owner was easily accessible and a pleasure to deal with throughout. We would recommend this apartment and are certainly planning to stay here again.

behöver nog någon värmekälla under höst och vinterkvällar. en hylla i hallen skulle göra det enklare med kläder , likaså saknades det en garderob i sovrum 2. kanske också en byrå. lite kompletteringar i köket ( vi köpte vinglas ) så blir allt perfekt. läget var perfekt ,vi bodde mitt i smeten och inte som turister. trivdes bra och hoppas kunna återvända Arne o Lisbeth

What makes this property unique

Beautiful coastal town off of the Mediterranean! Great weather year-round. Only an hour away from Malaga International Airport. Only 30 minutes away from Gibraltar and the ferries to Morocco. This town has so much charm and has local mountains great for hiking and exploring. The town itself is very Charming and we are in the center of the Old Town!
