Overall, great experience! House was as described and fit our 2 families of 4 adults, 5 children. Vera was efficiently responsive with questions and so pleasant communicating.

If your looking a luxury villa, this is not the place. The house is big and has potential but not very clean and all bathrooms need to be completely updated. All showers are moldy, dingy and rusted fixtures. The pillows are flat, and only 2 pillows per bed is not enough. The entry gate didn’t always work, so we had to jump into the villa to manually open since our host was not very responsive. Overall I would not stay here again.

Perfect family home

We booked this home for our family trip to Sao Miguel. The stay here was fantastic! Lovely pool, plenty of room and nice to be able to enjoy with all the family instead of having different hotel rooms. The owner was great and communication was spectacular, especially when our flight was changed last minute. We would definitely stay here again!

Very Nice

House was exactly as described. Everything was clean and check-in and check-out was a breeze. Communication with property manager is fast. Location was centrally located and easy to get to and from. Traveled all over the island from this location. Would definitely stay here again.
