Charming light and spacious attic apartment with a fantastic large terrace. It is located in Atarazanas Street, stunning location and accessible at all times. It has 2 bright bedrooms, one with doble bed 140 cm and direct access to the private terrace of 40 m2 from where you can enjoy the city skyline, views to all traditional buildings such as the cathedral, Muslim castle and other monuments. The other room has twin beds of 90cms. It has one toilet with big shower, living room with integrated kitchen in modern design and direct access to the private terrace. The whole flat has air conditioning and heating.
Its location is a quiet residential area during the night. Moreover, the area is very authentic and cosmopolita, the street connects the historical center with the new expansion of the city. It has all the shops and conveniences in one step. You may find a lovely mixture of traditional and contemporary commerce. It is on one step to Alameda Principal and to well known Calle Larios. Including all the museums, shopping and restaurants.
We have as a neighbor the best fresh everyday market of the city, well known as Atarazanas with its recently renewed door from its origins Nazarí style.
Within walking distance of 15 minutes to the beach, to the train and bus station. There are a few parkings around, do not hesitate to ask any doubts.
We recommend you to enjoy from here Easter, Feria and any other events of the city.

Excellent Location and Beautiful Terrace!We visited Málaga in early January for 10 days and had a wonderful stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the city – everything is within walking distance, including public transportation, the port, shopping areas, restaurants, and many historical attractions. The Atarazanas Market is just steps away, which was very convenient.The apartment's terrace is a real highlight, offering an amazing view of the city. We enjoyed many sunny afternoons there, even in winter! The host was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making everything easy and comfortable.We enjoyed every moment in this apartment, and if we return to Málaga, it will definitely be our first choice!
The apartment has everything you need to make it a home from home and is in a great location. It was spotlessly clean and the balcony is huge and a great place to sit.
A simply wonderful apartment! Clean, spacious and what a delightful terrace! You’re close to the market and walking distance to all the main sites. Finally, the shower! Powerful with piping hot water. Perfect!
Well equipped, modern apartment perfectly located in the centre of Malaga, just a few feet from the Market (where we had a great seafood lunch) and the Old Town. Everything was on the doorstep of the apartment, from a supermarket a few feet away and the many bars, cafes and restaurants. Sitting out on the huge balcony every morning with a coffee looking over the town and in the evening with a cold drink was excellent. The host was very friendly and informed us of the best spots to head to eat, the transport links and the local beaches. Hopefully we will be returning in the near future.
We had a nice stay. Location is excellent. The patio is beautiful. The owner is very easy to reach out to. The only complaint was the next door neighbors’ little dogs would bark non stop at times.
Everything clean and as described. We had a great time in Malaga.
If you have a car you should also buy a long parking ticket in a parking garage nearby.
The balcony and view was absolutely fantastic. Fabulous location. Thoughtful extra touches in the kitchen with spices, olive, oil etc .

This apartment is located in an ideal spot… Easily walk to the port, the train station, museums, and old town. Added bonus: it’s right across from the market, which makes shopping a dream. Palma is a superb host and responds quickly to any concerns and requests. Highly recommend!
Great location in the center of Malaga - everything in walkin distance.
We had a great week end of November with warm weather for golfing during the day and already beautiful Chrismas decoration in the evenings. Palma was very friendly and always helpful. The fresh fish and fruit from the next door market-hall was very tasty. We can recommend Palmas apartment without hesitation!
It’s all at your doorstep and the view from the terrace is fabulous. Has an elevator too. Thank you Palma for everything. (Neighbor’s small dogs bark in short bursts fairly often. Muted but it’s there.)A wonderful stay such easy access!
My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised by how accommodating Palma was, on our early arrival and left behind laptop charger. The location is easy to find (if you like to venture out and find your way home easily) and much quieter than expected. Beds were very comfortable and the view is amazing. We had left an apartment in soho that was an ideal location and quiet and this surpassed our expectations. Thank you Palma for the patience and hospitality you gave.
We had the perfect time in Malaga. The apartment was beautiful, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, just on the edge of the historic centre, it was very quiet and peaceful but just a minute’s walk to the main sights and sounds. We particulary enjoyed having breakfast on the large balcony with fantastic views over the city. Palma was a wonderful host, who welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The building is very secure and has the added bonus of a lift. Malaga is a beautiful city, and we would thoroughly recommend this apartment as the perfect place to stay.

This is an excellent apartment which is very conveniently situated in the centre of Malaga. It is opposite the market (well worth a visit) with several food shops within a few minutes walk. The apartment itself was well equipped, comfortable with a very large balcony. Most places are walkable from the apartment. Palma was an excellent host, very easy to communicate with and made the check in process very straightforward. Highly recommend this apartment.

I have being renting my vacational house many years and I enjoy doing it because I love my city, I know that this is a nice spot and love to facilitate visitors to make the best of the city and feel how nice it is to live here in Malaga.

Because it is one of the very few terraces in town and it is lovely to experience it and feel in the center with all comodities around, nice and save traditional historical neighborhood area. With the comodity of having the supermarket and the Fresh Daily Market in front of the house. At one step to all local buses and from a walking distance to the train and bus station. The house is fully equiped and spacious for all the family.
