In Scopello, (Cala Mazzo di Sciacca) holiday home in a residence, with direct access to the sea. Located 250 m from the entrance to the Zingaro nature reserve, a true paradise where, along the paths, you will be inebriated by the scents of the vegetation and the Caribbean colors of the coves, and not far from the ancient village of Scopello and its tuna fishery with the characteristic stacks (about 1.5 km).
The property (about 65 m2) is spread over a single level and is characterized by a large car park for the exclusive use of guests, which leads directly, with the help of a few steps, onto the large veranda of the house (about 35 m2) with sea view. On the veranda there is the entrance that leads into the living room/kitchen. From here you access via a corridor the sleeping area where we find a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a service bathroom.
Outside, the garden (about 200 m2) offers equipped spaces where you can enjoy the sea view, or sunbathe comfortably or organize lunches in the open area, all surrounded by oleanders that ensure the right amount of privacy.
The white pebble beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes from the house (about 150 metres) or by car if desired (we also have parking near the beach).
Thanks to its location and its accessories, the house is excellent for both family holidays and romantic stays, and also allows you to quickly visit numerous tourist destinations such as Palermo, Monreale, Cefalù, Agrigento, Erice, Segesta, Gibellina , or book a boat tour to spend a half day in San Vito Lo Capo or Favignana.
