Schöne alte Villa in sehr ungepflegtem Zustand

wunderbare Lage am Waldrand, eine schöne sehr alte Villa, die schon sehr lange nicht renoviert wurde. Eher kalt und feucht. Schöne Gegenstände, die allerdings teilweise kaputt, angeschlagen, durchgerostet sind. Holzböden, die an manchen Stellen durchbrechen können. Eine tolle Filmkulisse, die einen guten Einblick in früheres Leben gibt.

Tolles Haus in allerbester Lage! Super ausgestattet und gemütlich. Viel Platz und Dachstein-Blick. Schöne Wanderungen und erfrischender See. Sehr empfehlenswert!
