Great location, close to shopping, beaches, and the ability to walk right out to front door and get great exercise walking, running or biking the long strip

Nice value

Very nice comfortable apartment. Nice ocean view, and close to restaurants. Only downside, the traffic is VERY noisy during the day. But eases at night. Great value 👍
