Nice place, clean with a great backyard and pool to enjoy al the evening. We had a pleasant stay with our family of 5. Three bathroom were a great help. Safe neighborhood and great parking lot within the premises. Walking distance to the beach (if you like walking!!).

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Im Objekt ist alles vorhanden was man sich für ein Ferienhaus wünscht. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wohl. Wir waren mit 6 Personen anwesend (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder), es gab 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 mit Doppelbett, 1 mit zwei getrennten Betten im OG, 2 Bäder im OG und ein WC im EG. Küche und Wohnzimmer (EG) sind sehr geräumig eingerichtet. Zum Garten und Poolbereich kommt man vom EG über eine Außentreppe. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und sauber wie auch der Pool. Der Pool könnte etwas größer sein, aber für die Kinder ausreichend. Es gibt im Hof Parkmöglichkeit für 2 PKW. Um in die Stadt oder die Strände zu kommen ist ein PKW empfehlenswert, man benötigt mit dem Auto etwa 8-10min. Zusammenfassend sehr empfehlenswert.

The rating for this Villa for us did change alot during our stay. As far as general overview of the Villa, its a great Villa, nice location and lots of space inside. It has a nice childrens park nearby and can even walk to the beach and Marbella central. It's really nicely decorated inside, and good outside space down by the pool. Enough space to fit two cars in the parking at the front, which is behind a locked gate on the property.The issues we had were:On arrival, despite requesting, there was no cot or highchair at the property. The reason was that the housekeeper's car broke down. They said it would arrive within 2 days, which it did arrive on the Monday after arriving Saturday, but for 2 nights we had to figure out how to put our 1 year old to sleep on a single mattress which was interesting. We did offer to collect them, but this wasn't an option. The highchair and cot did arrive and if you do need it, should be in the property ready for you now.An electrical socket
