Lovely villa

The villa was fantastic, plenty of room and social areas for our group of 9. Plenty of sunshine all day in the garden & pool area. Hosts were great & very easy to speak with throughout!

Mini break with friends.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was extremely accommodating with check in and check out times which we really appreciated. The outdoor space is brilliant and the area is quiet and felt safe. The only issue we had was with the drainage system. The one toilet wasn't fully functioning and shower tray overflowed. However I know they are sorting this. We would stay again.

Great property for family and friends to relax

Property was great size and really well set out. We were a group of 10, 2 families of 5. There was plenty of room for everyone, enough o be together and still have some quiet space alone. Outside space was lovely with an excellent pool and garden area. As well as several options for dining outside. Location was excellent, a quiet residential area with easy access to beaches even in walking distance. Nearest was about 5 minutes, but pebbly like most of the beaches in the area. Easy access to Malaga and Marbella and other areas too but need some form of transport. Easy access also to supermarkets. We had a very good relaxing stay.

Large villa in perfect location to lovely beaches and restaurants

Booked for large family group to celebrate several milestones. Communication from Sofie was excellent. Villa was large and spacious both inside and out. Air conditioning was a godsend. Villa was just a few minutes walk from beach and beach bar. Other less rocky beaches were also within walking distance. Car for some might be advisable for visiting inner landmarks but for us Ubers did the job every time. Would definitely recommend and would definitely be happy to return. Thank you Sofie x

Summary of the problems

We have had a lot of problems since day 1.This house is in a very,very poor state,no maintenance at all,All water taps are leaking,coolers not working,the kitchen was inundate because there are water plugs in and outside the house,showers downstairs are leaking,water goes throught the basis.and so on,electricity ...Ifind this unacceptable for the rent we had to pay more than 11000eu.and want to receive a proposal for a compensation;In case Ido not receive a positive answer further actions will be taken.Iam sorry this is not our style but Iam very angry.I lost almost 3 days waiting for help to solve all this mysery.

Buon giorno, casa grande e piacevole per 6 persone, consigliamo di averne un pò più cura, mancava luce ingresso esterno, La luce a comando si accende tardi, dopo essere caduti dai gradini, anche per il buio della luce mancante, Mancavano delle cose per igiene personale e per i bagni che ci sia aspetta sempre.aria condizionata perfetta e cucina ben attrezzata, forse qualche attenzione alle pentole e tazze.Abbiamo dormito molto bene e piscina piacevole.cari saluti

Gastvrij verblijf in rustige omgeving

Villa ligt centraal tussen Malaga en marbella in en ook nog eens vlak bij het strand met leuke eettentjes en mooie Golfbanen in de buurt.

Environnement magnifique

Le logement est idéalement situé, dans un quartier résidentiel calme et superbement végétalisé, à 2 pas de la mer. Un dépaysement total ! La taille de la maison convenait parfaitement pour 10 personnes. Une personne à proximité est toujours disponible en cas de souci. Seules petites déceptions : la literie qui est à revoir, la piscine non éclairée la nuit, l'arrosage automatique sur l'ensemble du terrain à plusieurs heures de la journée.

Todo genial!

Alojamiento cuidadísimo, limpio. La persona que se encarga de tu estancia muy correcta y puntual. Gran localización cerca de la playa ( 3 min andando) y a 10 de Marbella pueblo. Para repetir sin duda!

Decepcionante

Tuvimos que esperar más de media hora a la llegada. No tenía la barbacoa disponible, ni toallas ni sillas de playa, no dejaban estacionar en el parking privado, instalaciones dejadas e incluso peligrosas (el cuadro eléctrico de la piscina al aire, con signos de incendio), toda la vivienda sucia y llena de cucarachas al llegar. No funcionan las bombillas, la escobilla del baño era un puñetero asco. No funciona la cerradura de la calle. Nadie ha venido el último día, hemos tenido que dejar las llaves escondidas y decir la localización por whatsap. Muy agradable la piscina y cuando ya limpias la casa despues de varias horas (pese a incluir mas de 200 € de limpieza),también es agradable. Hay carteles en la vivienda que te amenazan con cobrar la luz porque está muy cara. No volvería.

Good afternoon, very strange that the people just before and after your stay really had a fantastic time. You say the house was not clean, I asked you where, and you sent me pictures of the garage and storage room ! Yes, this is normally a private place, for us to storage garden furniture, pool utilities, etc. Concerning your remark lack of beachchairs : we have 12 !!! beach chairs at the house, I cannot see how you can have missed these. Each person receives 4 towels of several sizes, also your group did. And yes, unfortanely our check-in person, Senor Orlando, was this time by exeption a bit late to welcome you at the house. Fortanely, we have a very nice chiringuito only 100 from the house to relax and maybe to wait there. And concerning to our private parking space, because it is so difficult to enter, we have closed this, in order to avoid damages to the cars. But again, 10 m from the house there is big place to park, and always place without the risk damaging the car. We always use that parkinglot ourselves also instead of the difficult private one.... I think your group is not used renting holidays homes and maybe need to reconsider next time a five star premium hotel.

Excellent weekend

We had a great weekend! our host was very friendly and always responded promptly. The house was very well located, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The conditions of the house were excellent, with a wonderful garden, swimming pool and barbecue area! We liked a lot!

Fantastic Location

Lovely house with a great pool, walking distance to the beach and amenities. Quiet peaceful location, great for relaxing with the family. Eight of us stayed comfortably and enjoyed every minute. Sofie is a superb host!!

Eine tolle Unterkunft für einen perfekten Urlaub!

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und der Ablauf von der Buchung, bis hin zur Übergabe der Schlüssel hat super geklappt. Die Beschreibung stimmt absolut, es ist alles sehr neu und modern eingerichtet. Wer Urlaub mal anders erleben will und kein Hotel nutzen möchte ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben!
