Ideally located in one of the best areas of Marbella beach, between motorway and beach. The house consists of three floors, with seven double bedrooms, three living rooms, separate kitchen and laundry. A garden with pool and trees very private. Very comfortable and sunny. All comforts in home equipment. Ideal for families or large groups.
The area is residential, very quiet and maintained and the beach is about 250 meters from the house. About 10 minutes walking. There is a supermarket nearby and Marbella center is 5 km away.

A large Villa in an ideal location.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. A short walk down to the beach and plenty of beach bars and reataurants and only a short cab ride into Porto Banus. The owner was really promt with responses and check in/out was easy. Some of the decor is quirky but this added to the fun of the property. The kitchen was very well equipped and all the property was very clean. I would reccomend for group stays in the area.

15 'Hens' stayed in this amazing house for 3 nights for my daughter's hen weekend - we could not have asked for anything better. The couple who have the house were so helpful before and during our visit. The villa was spacious and clean and the garden and pool area amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Girls holiday

There were 11 of us ladies who stayed for four days, plenty of space in the villa to accommodate big groups. Susannah and her husband were brilliant hosts, always in contact before the stay and on the end of the phone if needed. Villa has a quirky touch to the decorations which is not for everyone. Most of the bedrooms have their own on suite bathrooms and aircon, which was amazing. Would definitely go back again xx

Beautiful stay in relaxing Villa

We had a party of 14 ranging from 6 to 84 and everybody enjoyed our stay at Susana and Jose Manuel’s house. Lots of indoor space to allow the different groups to have some privacy but also big enough to allow us to get together in the evening. The beach was just a few minutes walk away and the supermarket in the opposite direction. I managed to get an early morning jog in to Marbella and some walks up into the hills. Other folks really enjoyed swimming in the sea or an evening meal in the nearby tapas restaurant. Many thanks for having us Susana and Jose Manuel!

God bolig til en god golfferie

Vi er en folk gamle venner der hvert år tager til Costa del Sol for at spille golf og hygge. Huset har alle de faciliteter som vi har brug for. Udover golf ligger det tæt på vandet og der er gode spisesteder i området. Kan kun anbefales.

Fabulous property

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect! The house is gorgeous and the photos don’t do the size of it justice. There were 12 of us staying and we had so much room. Everything was of a very high standard and we didn’t have any complaints. The owners are wonderful people and could not do enough for us. The house is located about 10 mins taxi ride from Marbella and if you walk approx 5/10 mins in one direction you are on the beach where there is a lovely cafe bar and a lovely restaurant. In the other direction there are coffee shops and a supermarket. We would love to return. Thank you for having us to stay xxxx

13 very happy hens!

We have just returned from the most beautiful stay at this property, the pictures do not do it justice. It is wonderful. Susana was simply lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. Wonderful location. Beach virtually on the doorstep, lovely restaurant close by on the beach, shops, pharmacy all within a couple of minutes walk. Taxi into Puerto Banus only €25 to €30 euros. We cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Lovely Vacation Home

Lovely vacation home! Bathrooms were surprisingly new and clean, water pressure in the showers was great. Kitchen was clean, dishwasher and washing worked, but were not in perfect condition. But worked for us. Location could not be better! Just off the highway, 5 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the supermarket and coffee shops I would recommend this place!

Group of 16 stayed for a Hen do and it was amazing. Better then any review could describe. The villa was outstanding. Plenty of space for everyone. Lots of communal areas., toilets and bathrooms. The location was perfect, close the supermarkets and the beach, taxis into Puerto Banus were easy to get. Susana herself was a beauty to work with, she was happy to answer any of our questions during and leading up to the stay, making it very easy and stress free. Overall everyone was amazed with how beautiful the villa was and incredibly happy. Couldn’t rate it enough. Thank you Susana for letting us stay! Xxx

Booked the villa for a hen party of 13 people and when we arrived it was even more spacious than we’d expexted. Extremely clean and a lovely homely feel it was perfect. We were 15 people and 2 kids travelled from all over the world to celebrate my sister’s birthday and to visit spain.susanna’s house accomodated everybody .it was a beautiful house near restaurants and the beach. We walked to the grocery for our basic needs for 4 days. We used uber and taxi to go around. We did not rent a car. Uber app is really helpful. It was a very memorable stay. We arrived in malaga airport different times. 9 of us arrived almost at the same time. We used airport shuttle 18-20 euros per person.a taxi from the airport to marbella is around 80 euros. Thank you Susanna for sharing your house!!!

11 ladies stayed here for a hen do, the villa is absolutely amazing, there is soo much space for you all to fit comfortably for your stay, the pool area was fantastic and the garden had plenty of sun beds and chairs for people to enjoy the sun. The villa is extremely clean and tidy and has everything that you would need for your stay, the bedrooms are a great size with comfortable beds and very good quality bedding. The owner susanna is a lovely lady who was very helpful before the trip and through out, all of our group said how fantastic this villa was and we would all highly recommend this villa and would most definitely stay here again.

Lovely house for a large family!

We were a family group of 13 adults and 4 kids staying in the house for two weeks. We loved the house, having lots of spacious rooms. Most of the bedrooms had separate bathroom, the kitchen was well equipped, and the big garden with the pool was very popular for the kids (between 3 and 8). We used the barbecue for dinner most of the nights, and had all the meals in the garden. The owner Susana was very nice, easy to come in contact with and very service minded. The super market is close to the house, and had all the food we needed, including fresh fish and meat. The house was close to the long and nice beach, with a number of nice restaurants. It was possible to walk on the beach all the way to Marbella center. All in all - a very nice house, that we recommend warmly to other family groups!

Wonderful large villa

Stayed here for a long weekend for. Hen party. Age ranges from 20's to 50's. What a wonderful accomadation. There were 14 of us and not once did we feel cramped. In fact some of us had our own bedrooms. There are 3 seperate living areas one with an amazing large balcony looking over the gardens and pool. The villa has a family, comfortable feel. Susana is very helpful and accomadating She's on hand to answer any queries and also helped us book taxis etc . I cannot recommend this villa enough. Book you will not regret it

Hi, my name is Susana López. Malagueña by birth, I live in Marbella since I married in 1988 with José Manuel. We have six beautiful sons. In this house we spent much of his childhood until we moved to Marbella town, so we decided to put it on vacation rentals so that many tourists could enjoy its charm. Both my husband and I will be very happy with your visits and we will try to make you as comfortable as possible. Welcome!!

Why they chose this property

We bought this house when it was a small old house but we loved the place as it is very close to Marbella and the beach. We lived there during the summers when our children were young. Later we decided to stay there all year and then we perform the expansion and reform of the whole entire house. After we moved to another house in the center of Marbella and decided to rent for short stays.

What makes this property unique

This house, in addition to being large to accommodate large families and groups, is located in one of the most sought after areas of the Costa del Sol, Playa del Alicate, very popular for its summer atmosphere and for its sandy breadth to give Long walks. In addition, by the motorway you can access "La Cañada" in 5 minutes, big shopping center next to the city of Marbella, and the City Center itself.
The house has all the comforts and plenty of space for your capacity of 15 people.
