Family trip

My family stayed at the villa for a week and had a great time. The only downside is the listing advertising 6 bedrooms, there are 5 bedrooms, with the 6th being in the main living area of the villa, in the living room and this bed is a pull out single which pulls out into a double. If the listing showed all rooms clearly would clear this issue up. Other than this the villa is great, with an Amazing outside space

Villa spacieuse et agéable à vire

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine entre amis dans une villa spacieuse bien aménagé, agréable à vire et bien situé. Nous avons étais bien reçu par la sœur du propriétaire et avons pu profiter de la piscine dès notre arrivée. Aucun défaut de propreté à constater, 2 femmes de ménages et 1 jardinier s’occupaient de l'entretien de la villa, de son jardin et de la piscine. Seul conseil être détenteur ou louer une voiture pour profiter pleinement de Marbella et de ses environs. De plus, vous n'aurez aucun problème de moustique mais prévoir des bombes anti-cafards pour les plus craignants car ces petites bêtes rôdent partout sur Marbella. Nous pensons sûrement revenir l'année prochaine pour y rester 2 semaines. Je vous la conseille vivement.

"J'ai eu l'occasion de louer cette villa fin juin 2013 où j'ai passé une semaine en famille. La villa est conforme à la description, bien située , 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Néanmoins nous avons eu quelques soucis de propreté : barbecue très sale pas nettoyé, papiers, mégots de cigarette, 4 grilles de barbecue sales, piscine fond pas nettoyé de la semaine plein de feuille et présence d'algue verte dans les coins, escalier et terrasse sur le toit pas nettoyé, certains coussins de chaise de jardin déchirés et moisis, odeur désagréable dans notre chambre finalement trouvé après 2 jours une couche pour enfant usagée, et la cerise sur le gâteau des cafards de 5 centimètres dans la chambre.

The villa is in a good lo...

The villa is in a good location, close to the beach. The center of Marbella is 3 km. But the villa has many drawbacks: the house was poorly cleaned, dirty floors, dirty barbecue. Many electrical outlets do not work. We had to connect a dishwasher, washing machine and electric oven into a power strip. Hot water was not in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The furniture in the house is old. Generally the first day of vacation was ruined. So I put the accommodation only 2. The owner Marc tried to correct the situation, but I think it had to do before. The general conclusion that the house is watched bad those who host instructed to do so. Who will come after us here, all carefully check.

"Vacances entre amis pour la semaine du jour de l''an inoubliables. La région est magnifique, la villa très appréciable. Nous n''avons pas pu profiter de la belle piscine car il ne faisait pas assez chaud... La villa est bien équipée, la famille française du propriétaire sur place nous a beaucoup aidée. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire, très sérieux. Nous recommandons cette location."

"Nous avons passé d''excellentes vacances dans un environnement magnifique. La villa est très commode avec un jardin et une piscine très agréables. La plage n''est pas très loin et on a pu faire du jet ski tous les jours. Une à deux fois par semine nous allions dîner i restaurant Trocadéro qui se trouve juste à la plage Rio Réal à côté, spécialités viande. Quant à la villa, elle est agréable et conforme à la description. Je recommande cette location sans hésiter. "

"Nous avons passé une exc...

"Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec un temps de rêve. Nous étions 6 personnes et avons pleinement profité de tout : plage à proximité avec jet ski et autres activités pour nos enfants. Un accueil chaleureux à fini par nous faire regretter ne ne pas avoir pris plus de jours.. Nous reviendrons sûrement pour 2 semaines."

"Maison fidele au descriptif - Acces tres facile - La maison est tres spacieuse et permet a chacun de garder son intimidite (meme a 11 personnes!!) -Le jardin est superbe et tres privatif, la piscine tres grande et la terrasse tres agreable. Tres bon contact avec le proprietaire - L''equipement est tres complet et la soeur du proprietaire vivant a proximite complete rapidement si vous avez des besoins supplementaires (tres appreciable). Je recommande vivement cette villa. Salutations"

"J'ai eu l'occasion de louer cette villa où j'ai passé une semaine en famille et je ne suis pas déçu. La région est superbe, et le soir en rentrant barbecue et piscine. Que dire de la villa ? Elle est très bien située , même pas 10 minutes à pied de la plage, le proprio très sympa. Aucun problème à signaler à part le grille pain qui ne fonctionnait pas, mais il a tout de suite été changé. Superbe vue sur la mer. Je recommande sans hésiter."

"J'ai passé un séjour mag...

"J'ai passé un séjour magnifique à Marbella. Le temps était splendide (ça aide), les endroits à visiter très intéressants et, pour compléter le tout, la villa était plus que conforme à la description qui était reprise sur le site de Homelidays. Ce que j'ai apprécié : piscine, barbecue et jardin très bien entretenu. Je donnerai 5 étoiles à la proximité de la plage avec sports nautiques, restos. On y a été à pieds. Autre point positif : le frère du propriétaire habite à côté, on pouvait lui téléphoner en cas de besoin. A conseiller sans hésitation."
