Amazing stay

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. The process of booking, communication, check in were all really helpful and easy. We arranged caterers for the first evening suggested by the property management which worked out really well. The facilities excellent at the Villa and surrounding area and would re book this villa. Thank you for a great weekend!

What an amazing weekend!

15 of us stayed here for my sisters hen do. We couldn’t have asked for a better Villa & location. The hosts were amazing with great communication. From doing a food shop and unpacking it for when we arrived, letting us check in at 11am, to letting us keep our luggage in the property until we had to leave. The location was perfect and there was enough space for us all to relax round the pool and sit and have a bbq. I can’t thank the hosts enough for making this stay 10/10. Would recommend them to anyone!

dirty, poor quality furniture and un hygienic

although the villa is lager it also has problems with outdoor cleanliness, lack of keys to gate and only one operation key fob for the car parking area roller gate, that did not always open or close properly, did not lock so could be opened manually by anyone as the lock has been zip tied up, the swimming pool has mould under the water line and algae above the water line on tiles, bedroom and bathroom doors would not close into door frame, toilet seat loose and wrong size for toilet, blood/urine stained bed cover, sink dont drain away and smell from sink and bath, mouldy dirty broken ice machine in downstairs fridge freeze, broken washing machine, rusty bathroom fitting , the list goes on and on and i feel it was not worth what we paid for, communication with management terrible only time i heard from the was when i needed to pay something, been trying to get the owner to contact me vie e-mail to give them a chance to respond to my complaints befor i post a review. but as yet no reply , or are aware of the many problems.

Im Grossen und Ganzen schöne Villa

Im Grossen und Ganzen schöne Villa. Wir waren mit einer grossen Gruppe dort. Ein paar Sachen waren defekt und man kann keine Türen schliessen (auch Wc und Bad). Ansonsten gab es nichts auszusetzen.

Excellent house for a large family gathering

We had a wonderful holiday with extended family at Hacienda Las Chapas. Jorge, the property manager is beyond hospitable, responding promptly to our every question and request, even rescuing us when we got lost. We used the catering services, which were excellent, and enjoyed a delicious paella Christmas dinner with cava prepared for us on site with a vegan option. Everyone appreciated the spacious accommodation and we would love to come back in warm weather to enjoy the gardens and pool.
