- a bathroom with shower equipped with hairdryer and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, electric oven, two burners, kettle, crockery, dining table and chairs).
It has two terraces, including a covered and sea view.
Guests can also enjoy a ping pong table, a children's playground and a barbecue.
The Residence is located on the Capo d'Orlando hill, a relaxing place with swimming pool and children's play area, just a few kilometers from the sea
