The apartment is bright and has 4 balconies - windows overlooking the Sarriegi Square, in the Old Part. It has been recently renovated, retaining the original elements of its construction such as the beams. It has been acoustically isolated to ensure good rest.



In the living-dining room there is a table for 6 persons and also a sofa, two armchairs and a 42-inch TV. There is Wi-Fi available. Also, in the living room and the two bedrooms, you have a ceiling fan.

The bathroom is a pleasant space that has among others a big shower and a heater designed to facilitate the drying of the towels, both in summer and winter.

Beautifully decorated and well equipped. Easy booking and key pick up. Better bed linen, bigger towels and would be nice if some basics were in kitchen, salt pepper etc. and a couple of pods for coffee maker

Great place, tricky location

The space and layout were great for my family of 4. It's airy and light. The kitchen was well equipped, which was nice for being able to make food now and then. The location was great in terms of being close to both beaches, shops, good food, etc. That said, it was lively late into the night, which was tricky since there was no air conditioning. Summer temperatures meant we had to choose between keeping the windows open for air circulation and letting in the noise vs. closing everything and trying to sleep in warm bedrooms. (The ceiling fans in the bedrooms didn't do much.) A couple of box fans would have been helpful.As other reviews mentioned, a few more bathing towels as well as some for the beach would be a nice addition. Those things aside we really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect old town pad

We basically liked everything about this apartment. It's location in a fantastic city, right in the heart of the old town. It's handy for the shops, bars, both main beaches, a fresh food market just round the corner, bus stops.... The style and amount of space, the 4 Juliette balconies and the buzz coming up from the square with the widows open and how quiet it is when they're closed. It's well equipped with everything from a washing machine to an electric orange juicer. It's perfectly clean and well presented would defiantly book again Nothing really but a couple of tiny things. The wi-fi speed was terrible but there's 4g phone signal so it's not a big deal. Some larger bath towels would be nice but what was provided was adequate.

Fantastic apartment, but no air con

This apartment was in an amazing location, right in the heart of old town San Sebastián. Shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets all on the doorstep. This meant there was a lot of noise from the street below at night, so earplugs are needed! The apartment is very well-equipped in general, finished to a high standard with lots of character. Amazing beach is less than ten minutes walk. The downside for us was no air conditioning - the apartment gets very warm in the summer heat. There was an effective motorised ceiling fan in the lounge which really helped. The two ceiling fans in the bedrooms were weak and didn’t provide any relief from the heat. Because it was so warm, we generally had the windows open at night which let the noise in too. If you can shut the windows, the double glazing was fairly effective at blocking the noise out. Key had to be collected from the rentals office in town, a ten minute walk away from the apartment. Overall, a lovely place to stay right in the heart of town, but consider the heat if booking in the summer.

Great location

The property was perfect for my family of 4. The rental had everything we needed and was in a prime location. My only complaint would be that the rental company was slow to respond to my questions. Overall a great experience.
